Just as Mary was contemplating the new body of her boyfriend-turned-lioness-girl, they were interrupted by a violent burst of knocking on her door along with the shout: "Open up! Police! We have a warrant!"
"Shit, they're going to be looking for a lion!" Mary whispered. "Quick, drink this!" She handed John the human potion, and hurried to her outer apartment door.
Mary smiled and put on an innocent face as she opened the door for the police: "Officers! I thought I answered your questions at the station!"
"We just need to look around, miss," the head officer said, shoving a paper in her face, and entering.
He was soon at the bedroom door, asking: "what's in here!?" before barging in, with Mary right behind.

"You really think so?" she said, blushing.
