“I’m NOT a fox girl! I’m a fox boy!” Cindy pouted. “And I’ll prove it d-d-d-darn it! Nyaaah!”
Cindy frowned, still completely unable to express herself in the adult way she wanted to. Shaking it off, she dug around through a nearby closet, until she found what she was looking for. She looked over her shoulder and blushed when she saw Todd staring at her. “Close your eyes and don’t you dare peek!”
Confused, Todd decided to follow her order, putting his fuzzy paws over his eyes and turning around, hearing clothes rustling as Cindy changed her outfit.
“Okay, all done!” Cindy said proudly, and Todd turned back to see that she han put on a smaller version of the boy’s camper outfit that Todd was wearing and tucked her hair up under the hat. “Told ‘ya I’m not a girl, you silly boy!”
Todd rolled his eyes, already seeing a couple strands of Cindy’s long hair sticking out from under her hat. “It’ll never work…” he muttered to himself, angering Cindy even more.
“I’m tellin’ you, I’m a boy! I’m not a girl!” Cindy pouted loudly while stomping her feet. “I’ll show you, you dummy!”
Cindy ran out of the room and out the front door of the cabin before getting lost in the crowd of little critters already playing outside and eating their breakfasts.
“Cindy, wait!” Todd called, but soon he had lost sight of his little sister. “Mom’s gonna kill me if she gets hurt… W-wait, what the-…?” Cindy wasn’t his sister, right? She was… something else. A school friend? No, they were in different grades, so that didn’t make any sense.
“Argh, forget all that! I just need to find her, fast!” Todd muttered to himself, then started looking around for any way to track down the cross-dressing little fox girl.
