After a minute licking his right hind-paw, Aidan sighed as he switched his legs to clean his left one. When he was finished with that, he looked down at his floor, seeing the puddle there. Looking back up, he saw Mark was watching him. “Mark, why are you watching me? You could have gotten me a towel or something to clean that puddle away” he said annoyed, standing up to get one himself.
“Time to strike” Mark thought before he answered Aidan with: “Why do you need a towel? Aidan, you can just lick the puddle up. There is nothing wrong with licking up dropped food or spilled drinks after all.” Then he grinned at him.
Aidan stopped moving to the kitchen and turned back towards Mark. “You aren´t serious, it´s both not healthy and really disgusting to take something from the ground, and licking something up? Yuck!” But Aidan´s body had moved on his own to kneel beside the puddle, and before he could stop himself, he started to lick at the puddle. “Mark, slrrpp pleases stop slrrpp this” Aidan pleaded from the floor. But his face cleared as he accepted this as normal.
Mark laughed at Aidan, watching him lick all the spilled tea of the floor. After finishing the cleaning, Aidan moved back into his seat, angry about being laughed at. What was so funny with him licking up the mess he made with dropping the cup.
“Oh, don´t be angry, I´m sorry for laughing at that. I have never seen you clean like this before, so I was just surprised.” Mark said after calming down, and Aidan seemed to believe him.
