You put the helmet on and you find yourself in a place where all of the ceilings, walls and floors are made out of soil and dirt. You peer around a corner and see insects that have red, white, blue, purple, violet, lavender or black, exoskeletons, thoraxes, abdomens, heads, antennae, and six legs, they must be ants. their faces look entirely insect-like and not even remotely human-like, except for their eyes which you would see ants have only in cartoons, their eyes are the only thing that look human-like, they are also about your size.
You must be in an anthill. Either you have shrunk to insect size or you are in a giant anthill for ants that human sized. You are in the deepest part of the anthill which is the farthest from the entrance/exit at the surface. You look at yourself and you realize that you are completely naked in your human boy form. You cannot wear any clothes so you can't cover your bareskin and private parts.
Your goal is to get out of the anthill alive and unchanged in your human form. However that will not be as simple as it sounds. The anthill is a giant labyrinth, with many branching tunnels it is easy to get lost and not remember where you came from so you might accidentally backtrack when you were making progress, there is only one right path and a lot of wrong ones that lead to dead ends, and if you go to a dead end you will surely run into an Ant Guard who will surely try to kidnap you. Lots of Ants and aphids are patroling the anthill and tunnels searching for a naked human intruder, which you happen to be.
If they find you, they will want to kidnap you, and they will most certainly try to kidnap you and either force-feed you Honeydew which come from their aphids, give you a bath in honeydew where it goes into your anus, bellybutton or belly button, breasts, nipples and private parts or if they are a nurse ant inject you with honeydew from their syringe that they hold in their two frontmost out of their six Ant legs which they use like arms and hands.
You must also avoid falling into baths and pools of honeydew or you will also get transformed. If the Aphids find you they will try to force-feed you their own honeydew. Whats worse is that if an ant or aphid finds you for the first time they will spray you with their pheromones, this will cause all the ants or aphids to come to you and make it impossible to hide, therefore it will become more difficult than ever to escape the anthill.
Luckily there are ladders so you can safely go up or down the tunnels without worrying about falling to your death or being stranded at the bottom of the tunnel, the ants and aphids don't need the ladders, they can climb the walls just fine, and some of the ants have wings so they can fly and get to you faster if you are high above them, but you can't and this level would be impossible for you if you could not go up or down certain tunnels that are steep and go diagonally or vertically.
There are extra lives in this level, if you find one, if you die by getting transformed into a female Ant or Aphid, you will respawn at the last right pathway as a naked human boy without any female genitals or ant or aphid body parts,
If you get a game over, not only will you be unable to go back home to the arcade in the real world, you will also lose your human life and have to live the rest of eternity and even beyond that here as either an ant or aphid depending on which of the two creatures kidnaps you. If it is an ant, you become an ant. If it is an aphid, you become an aphid. You also have only 24 hours to escape the Anthill or you will be trapped here forever and be doomed to be kidnapped and transformed by either the ants into an ant for all of eternity and even beyond that or kidnapped and transformed by the aphids into an aphid for all of eternity and even beyond that.
