"Does this establishment have an Inn associated with it?" Alex tried to say in his most businesslike manner. He came off sounding sultry and lost. Alex tried to figure out why the hell he would dream somthing like this. It was awkwards and disgraceful. If it turned out to be real he was going to have to kill that demon. In a big way.
The bar keeper seemed barely aware that Alex had a head. He just spoke deeply staring into Alex's breasts. "Lady Ive got a great place you can sleep and its right upstairs free of charge." the keeper said with a little grunt and a small licking of the lips.
A burly fellow came up from behind her and gave her a ass a good hard groping before coming to lean on the bar itself. "Don't listen to old marv here." Said the large fellow "I have got a reat place you can bed for a night. I swears to treat you better then my wife, shes not half as good lookin as you!" the man said reaching for her breasts. Alex grabbed his hand with the clawed gauntlet expecting to find the same stregth in it that was there earlier. However the demon conviently made that 'normal' again for him and now all it was was a little useless lace glove of a dark green shade. THe man took her grabbing him as an accpetence and wrapped his arm around her and began to pull her away.
"Actually" Alex said pulling away as best he could. "I have someone already thankyou. Thankyou both for your hospitality. Its just my uh....uh....husband hasn't got here yet but will probably e here shortly. I should be going lest he get the wrond idea.
The demons voice chimed in inside his head. "Is that a lie smell? Oh I love it. Now your lie comes true. And a husband Ill be for you!" With that the demon fell silent and the tavern door flew open. A strange young dashing man came in and quickly snatched Alex away from the neaderthal. "THank you gentlemen for taking care of Alice here for me. She was supposed to secure a room for us. Wernt you honey?" the demon said tightly squeezing his arm around her and bending down to kiss her head.
Alex thought he was going to vomit at first but knew that this was all part of an elabrote scheme the demon was trying to pull to weaken him in some way. THe trick was not to let it get to you. Just as in everything else in his life the point of the game was not to let any of it get to you. "Oh yes. I am so sorry honey these gentlemen were just trying to swoon me away from you." She said feeling sick inside. Just dont let it affect you Alex told himself. Just dont let it affect you.
