"Rebecca, why did you move? It was going to be such a nice group shot too." Olivia pouted as her daughter's face emerged from around the corner.
Rebecca was hardly listening, trying to figure out if anything had changed. She had definitely seen the flash.
She looked over to see her "Auntie Karen" looking very pissed. She wasn't Rebecca's aunt, but her name wasn't Karen either. Emily was her mother's old friend from college. Due to their tight relationship back then the two stayed close, and when Rebecca was growing up her mom always told her to call her Auntie Emily.
Emily, however, hated her. She was a huge bitch. Always nagging, always being sassy, and whenever they went out to eat together Rebecca feared for the worker that may get their order wrong. For that, always behind her back, Rebecca "lovingly" referred to her as Auntie Karen. She looked her over, thinking that she seemed to be the same. Her short blonde bob-cut, her sagging large breasts, her plump muffin top, everything seemed normal.
"Liv, honey, what the hell?!" Emily scoffed. "I look retched today I do not want a picture taken of me!" She shouted.
"Ha, oh relax Em it's just one picture how bad could it be?" Olivia chuckled, once again not seeing Emily how Rebecca saw her.
"Ugh, whatever... damn, these stupid panties keep giving me a wedgie." She muttered, fixing her camel toe. "Remind me not to get Dalia's again."
"I told you girl, Dalia's is a cheap brand." Olivia smirked.
"Yeah yeah..." Emily muttered, walking away.
Rebecca stood there, confused. She watched Emily walk towards the sofa to unwind, and her mother walk towards the dining room table with the camera still in hand. Rebecca followed her close behind, but her mind was elsewhere.
"Mom definitely took a picture... so why does nothing seem off?" She wondered.
"Oh, wait Becca honey." Olivia suddenly said, swiveling around. "You still need yours!" She laughed, lifting the camera up.
"W-wait Mom hold o-" She began to yell, but it was too late as the light engulfed her with a large FLASH.
