"Um. If I say yes will you be mad at me?" Nate said sounding genuinely concerned. He tightened his grip on the phone in his hand and ran his hand through his hair, trying to think of something to say. His gaze was still fixed on Aidan's diaper, and he couldn't look away from it to meet his gaze. He looked so cute.
"Well, I mean. Um" Aiden rubbed the palm of his and over the front of his diaper, a squatted a little feeling between his legs "Diapers..." He trailed off and with his other hand he was grabbing handfuls of his own butt, crinkling loudly as he explored his fluffy new clothing still trying to pull it off. Nate watched it all, loving the show, wishing that he could be the one to run his hands over Aidan's body and play with that new diaper. He cleared his throat.
"I um. Look. It happened to me too." He said and gestured at his white shiny diapers, then to emphasize he pulled at it and crinkled and popped against the plastic loudly. "See? It won't come off." He met Aidan's gaze for the first time then, and saw that his roommate was not angry. There was no red heat of rage or anything. In fact the opposite, Aidan was smiling as he watched Nate's antics. His smile was so lovely Nate just stopped and stared at him.
"Well..." Aidan said bending over and picking up the diaper on the floor. "This used to be my gym shirt I think." He held it as he walked over to the end of the sofa, more of a waddle as he grew accustomed to the bulk he now wore. Bending down again he said "There should be a pair of spandex shorts, my speedos, spare shirt, and more", he unzipped his gym bag and stood up in one smooth motion, "right here."
He flipped the bag upside down and out fell 4 perfectly diapers on to the kitchen table he had dumped his gym bag contents on to. "Huh. I want to wear diapers." He said it quietly, and Nate's ears immediately pricked up at the sound of him saying that exact phrase. So it did work. The wish Nate made could be spread to his friends, and all he had to do was press 9 on his phone. Then they wanted to wear diapers too, and they got them. This was awesome! He could diaper anybody! He gripped his phone a little tighter, then rotated it in his hand. He could call somebody, or go to work... what was the limit? He felt almost dizzy with the realization.
"Oh yeah, come on. Let's check out your room!" He grabbed Aidan's hand and pulled him away from the table, causing Aidan to drop the diaper he was inspecting. It fell back to the table with a gentle sound of cottony plastic as the two waddled down the hall to Aidan's bedroom. "You are gonna flip, but seriously the same thing happened to me!" Nate said, turning around to look at Aidan behind him. He noticed Aidan was looking at his butt, and his gaze slowly rose back upward to Nate. "Sorry what?" Aidan said.
Nate smiled knowing exactly was had just happened, and pushed open the door to his roommates bedroom, greeted by a slightly different site that before. The smell of fresh plastic was already heavy in the air.
