Jason Smith was a fairly average teenage boy of 16 years old. He had short, tousled brown hair, forest green eyes, and an unremarkable build standing at around 5'10". He was a very nice person with a loving family consisting of a mother, father, older sister, and two younger siblings.
His mother was Martha Smith, an energetic and loving woman in her late 30's. Standing at a modest 5'7", she had short and curly brown hair, grayish green eyes, and a fit pear shape. Before she had her children she was a part of city planning, but she still finds time to help the community when she can. Recently she's gotten really into baking.
His father was Martin Smith, a dependable and trustworthy man in his early 40's. He had a bit of a dad bod, but he did still look rather strong standing at 6'2" with neatly combed black hair and light stubble. He works as the manager of a boilermaker firm, and makes pretty good money off it, too. He always makes sure he has time to spend with his family, and rather likes football.
His older sister Elizabeth was a pretty teenage girl of 17 years. Sticking to a morning workout routine gave her a fit and thin body standing at 6' even with long, wavy blonde hair and dazzling green eyes. She and Jason are rather close, sharing similar interests and such. When she isn't on the school soccer team, she's usually studying at the library or hanging out with her friends.
His two youngest siblings are 9 year old twin sisters Marcy and Darcy. Marcy's the red head and Darcy's the raven head. They both really like to play pretend and run around. Marcy especially likes princesses and pink stuff, while Darcy prefers superheroes and the color blue. They like to hang around Jason and Elizabeth because they're excited about growing up.
One day, Jason was rushing home from school when his bike hit a weird bump in the sidewalk. He flew through the air and collided with an old lady walking across the street. A bunch of orbs she was carrying smashed on the ground and multicolored smoke covered them. Jason stood up coughing and helped the old lady stand up. She did not look too pleased!
"Look what you've done, you miserable lout!" she shouted, "You've smashed my magic orbs! Have you any idea how expensive those things are in today's market?"
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!" Jason cried with sincerity, "Is there anything I can do to make it up to you?"
"Well picking me back up after you bowled me over was a good start," the lady, apparently a witch said as she dusted herself off, "but no, I don't think you'll be able to afford to replace those orbs. Completely irreplaceable I'm afraid. It may have been an accident, yes, but it happened because you weren't paying attention to where you were going and lost control of your velocipede. If you want to repay my, you must suffer a punishment. That will make a suitable repayment for sure, trust me."
"W-what sort of punishment?" Jason asked.
"You and or your family will undergo a metamorphosis tonight," the witch explained, "You will be the only one who notices that anything has changed, and everyone else will think they've always been the way they are. A change of reality you might say. You will have no memory of the new reality, unless someone says that you should remember something about it. Also, you will constantly find yourself in unfortunate situations, but you will have an uncanny ability to survive whether through luck or forgoing that some other form of miracle. You will still feel pain and such, but you won't die from it. Your life will continue like this until I say so. I will be observing you through a crystal screen back home, and I might appear in your dreams as well. Your punishment begins tomorrow, whippersnapper, so you'd best get some sleep. Maybe next time we meet, you'll be a little more attentive about the road." The witch walked away after that.
"Wait!" Jason called out, "What's going to happen exactly?!"
"Oh you'll find out in the morning," she called back, "Wouldn't want to spoil the surprise!"

Example Curses
Gross Fat Curse: Everyone in the family except Jason will suddenly turn twice as tall and morbidly obese. They are also rather clumsy and oblivious to how much they burp, fart, sweat, poop, and urinate.
Public Nudity Curse: Everyone in the family including Jason will develop a subconscious streaking habit. They constantly forget to wear clothing and only wear them if people insist, which is surprisingly rare.
Dog Boy Curse: Jason will transform into a bipedal talking dog and will be treated like the family pet. Many other neighborhood pets will similarly become bipedal and talk.
Bimbo Family Curse: Everyone in the family except Jason will become bimbo women versions of themselves. They are horny, giddy, and want to make Jason their boy toy.
Monster Curse: Everyone in the family including Jason become friendly monster people. This is everything from vampires, zombies, werewolves, goblins, and everything else in between.
Bouncerbutt Curse: Martha and Elizabeth will turn into constantly bouncing, fat-bottomed, giggling bombshells who get around by bouncing on their giant butts.
Furry Family Curse: Everyone in the family including Jason will become living furries. That's about it, but you could go further with this...
Tom Thumb Curse: Jason will shrink until he's only 3 inches tall.
