As soon as Jack and Teddy laid down on Teddy's bed, Teddy dozed off into a deep sleep. In fact, he started snoring lightly. Jack turned in head as they were just lying on their back. Jack then reached over with his hand, and gently turned Teddy's head the other way. Finally, Teddy's snoring stopped, and it had become quiet enough for Jack. Luckily, after about ten minutes, he was able to doze off as well.
Occasionally Teddy would move his legs during the night, and since they were Jack's legs as well, Jack would feel the motion. He would wake up for a brief moment, before dozing off again. Thankfully, this only happened two times during the night.
Teddy's radio alarm went off around 7Am that morning, and both boys woek up at the same time. Teddy raised up his head and slowly tried to get out of bed, but Jack was still holding his eyes closed.
"Come on, dude! Wake up!" Teddy whispered. "Time to get out of bed!"
As Teddy tried to get up, Jack's head dangled from side by side, since he was still very sleepy.
Teddy managed to control the legs and arms, and walk their body over to the bathroom. He turned on the faucet and splashed some water on his face, waking him up completely. Then, he allowed some water to pour over his hands, before he splashed the water over Jack's face as well.
"Whoa!" Jack gasped, as he got a rude awakening from Teddy. "Don't do that!"
Teddy turned them around and dried off his face from the towel, hanging from the towel rack on the bathroom wall.
"Well, I couldn't do anything! You were still asleep!" Teddy grumbled.
"Give me that towel!" Jack shouted, as he pulled the towel towards his face to he could dry it off quickly.
"Well, at least you're awake now!" Rex grinned.
"I should punch you in the stomach for that!" Jack grumbled.
"It'll hurt! Better be ready! You'll only end up punching yourself!" Teddy laughed. "We're conjoined, remember?"
"Alright! You win! Let's eat or else we're gonna be late for class! Both of us!" Jack stated.
"Okay! Let me use the legs today, while you use the arms, alright?" Teddy suggested.
"Fine! I'm just going along for the ride, I guess..." Jack sighed. "Now, come on! Move! I'm starving!"
Teddy walked both of them to the kitchen. He walked over to the fridge and to the cabinets, while Jack used his arms to get the milk, the bowls and the cereal out. Jack poured the milk in the bowls, and then rex walked them back to the fridge.
"Okay! We can get two spoons, and then let's sit down and eat!" Jack said.
They walked over to the cabinet and got some spoons, before they walked back and sat down. Jack ate using his left hand, and Teddy ate using his right hand.
After a few minutes, each had eaten about three-quarters of their cereal, when they both started feeling full.
"Man, I'm not hungry anymore..." Jack sighed.
"I'm full already!" Teddy noticed.
They got up and poured the left-over cereal into the sink. Then they walked back into the bedroom, where they got a large t-shirt and a large pair of pants to wear to school.
"Ready for the quick shower?" Jack said. "We need to wash our hair. Come on! Step into the shower! I will rub the soap on our body and I'll shampoo our hair as well!"
Jack first rubbed soap all over their body, After Teddy allowed them to rinse it off, Jack poured some shampoo on his hands, and he washed his hair. Then, he poured some shampoo on Teddy's hair as well. Teddy then walked them back so they were standing under the water, so they could rinse their hair.
Then they finally got out of the shower. Teddy stepped them out and onto the dry towel on the floor, and Ja k grabbed hold of the dry towel, which was hanging from the towel rack on the wall. He used both arms to dry his hair and Teddy's hair, then he dried off the rest of their body. From then on, Teddy walked them back into their bedroom, where Jack used his arms to get them dressed into their clothes. They found that they were forced to work together with everything, in order to get anything accomplished.
Once they were dressed, Jack asked Teddy to walk them back into the bathroom, so he could brush their teeth and comb their hair. He had to do everything twice, since there were two sets of teeth to brush, and hair on two heads that needed to be combed as well. Finally, they were ready to walk to school!
"Dude! We can't take two bags to school! We can only carry one backpack!" Jack stated.
They did another round of rock-paper-scissors, and they decided to take Jack's backpack to school today.
They walked out of the condo and stepped into the car. They drove to the campus and wondered, what the first day in college would be like, as conjoined students...
