You put the helmet on and you find yourself in a place where all of the ceilings, walls and floors are look like they are made out of wood, You peer around a corner and see Mice and Rats that have Fur and Long Naked Hairless Bareskin Tails coming just above their butts, they are also about your size.
You must be in a Mouse Hole in a House. Either you have shrunk to mouse and rat size or you are in a giant House with appropiately giant Mouse holes and Mice for Mice and Rats that are human sized. You are in the deepest part of the Mouse Hole which is the farthest from the entrance/exit. You look at your Avatar and you realize it is completely naked in your human boy form. You cannot wear any clothes so you can't cover your bareskin, navel/bellybutton/belly button, penis, scrotum, testicles, or anus.
Your goal is to get out of the mouse hole alive and unchanged in your human form. However that will not be as simple as it sounds. The Mouse Hole is a giant labyrinth, it is easy to get lost and not remember where you came from so you might accidentally backtrack when you were making progress, there is only one right path and a lot of wrong ones that lead to dead ends, and if you go to a dead end you will surely run into a Mouse or Rat who will surely try to kidnap you. Lots of Mice and Rats are patroling the Mouse Hole searching for a naked human intruder, which happens to be you. If any Mouse or Rat finds you, they will want to kidnap you, and they will most certainly try to kidnap you and either force-feed you Cheese, give you a bath in melted cheese, where it goes into your anus, bellybutton or belly button, breasts, nipples and private parts, or Rape you with their penises.
Any way they get you will turn you into a female mouse or rat, if it is a mouse you will become a mouse, if it is a rat, you will turn into a rat, your body will become that of a mouse, or rat with mouse or rat teeth, fangs, nose, ears, fur body shape paws, claws and even a naked hairless bareskin 174 cm long mouse or rat tail coming out of your mouse or rat butt just above your female mouse or female rat anus.
Luckily there are ladders that you can climb so you don't fall to your death or get stuck at the bottom of a passageway/tunnel, the Mice and Rats do not need them as they can climb the walls, but you can't and this level would be impossible for you if you could not go up or down very steep and diagonal or vertical passageways.
The only Power-up here is an Extra Life, if you find it and you die by getting transformed by a Mouse or Rat, you will respawn a safe distance away from the last right path you took as a naked human boy without any female body parts or mouse or rat parts.
If you get a game over in this level, not only will you be unable to go back home to the arcade in the real world, you will also lose your human life and have to live the rest of eternity and even beyond that here as a mouse or Rat. You also have only 24 hours to escape the Mouse Hole or you will be trapped here forever and be doomed to be kidnapped and transformed by the Mice or Rats into a Female Mouse or Rat for all of eternity and even beyond that.
