Kayla waved her hands around and the grinder and monkey fell into a similar trance to James. A few moments later all of them began to move again and it was soon apparent something had changed.
The grinder slumped to his knees.
"My God! I'm human again!" He exclaimed looking down at the body he had been reunited with then up at Kayla with a mixture of fear and gratitude.
"Thank you, Kayla for restoring me to my true self. I promise I will never upset you again!"
But Kayla's interest was in the two remaining participants in the three way swap. She looked over at James' body and was pleased to see he had fallen into a squatting posture with his knuckles on the ground and was making a confused screeching noise. That meant there was only one body the real James could now be inhabiting.
"Hello James!" The witch mocked the monkey on the grinders leash as she looked down at it.
"Ook! Ook! Ah!" Was the only noise James found he was able to make in response.
