James soon realised that finding Kayla while stuck in the form of a small amphibian was not going to be easy. Even as a human his sense of direction had not been the best, but now everything seemed so huge and everything seemed so far away.
James hopped between the feet of various people, hoping desperately not to get trodden on, and headed in the direction he thought Kayla's tent had been. However, after jumping about frantically for some time there was still no sign of it. And after jumping in the same direction a while longer he realised he no longer recognised his surroundings. He wasn't even sure this was the fair anymore.
He let out a croaking noise in desperation. If he couldn't find Kayla soon he might be stuck like this permanently!
