Christina put down her phone and didn't really think much about the episode she had posted as she got out of bed, dressed and got on with the rest of her day. It turned out to be pretty uneventful as most days were in lockdown. She went for a walk, read her book, checked her social media feed and other such pass times to fill the hours until it was time to get back into bed.
Climbing under the duvet in her PJ's Christina was about to switch her lamp off when suddenly there was a puff of smoke and a green skinned old hag in black robes and a pointy hat materialised next to her bed. Christina nearly jumped out of her skin. How was this possible? She gulped as she remembered the episode she had posted online before and realised what was happening. But surely that was just a silly story and not real life?
"Did someone order a wicked witch?" The old hag asked with an ugly smirk.
"No" Christina answered meekly as she pulled the duvet up to her chin as if it were witchproof.
"Yes you did, you're Christima right? You wanted to be transformed."
"Maybe in an online story, not literally" Christina answered nervously "and anyway, I've changed my mind."
The witch laughed uproariously at this. This kind of thing was far more fun with an unwilling victim.
"Foolish girl. There is no changing your mind now. You have placed your fate in the hands of others and now you must face the consequences of such a rash decision. Now it is time for the change you said you wanted, I hope you enjoy it!"
Christina opened her mouth to protest but the witch simply waved her finger and the poor woman was enveloped by a large cloud of green smoke. That soon cleared to reveal a fat, ugly toad that was sitting on top of the pyjamas Christina had been wearing.
The witch howled with laughter once more before dissapearing as instantly as she had arrived.
