With a sort of jingling and skrunching Christine landed on a sack of gold,pieces of eight gems and other pirate treasure.
She was in a rowboat and off in the distance the sloop with Jim Harkness ,the Captain and the rest of Captain Flint's pirate treasure was rapidly vanishing from sight
on its way to England.
Once Christine got her wind back she realized that there was a smelly old seaman with a peg leg staring at her in horror and on his
shoulder perched a parrot that was looking at Christine none too friendly.
For a moment Christine thought she had achieved her saught after transformation
but a quick check confirmed she was still her unchanged human self.
Behind the rowboat and above it a few hundred feet away was a old looking castle and and at the base of the cliff it sat on there was a wooden dock and on it stood a red haired woman in a long old fashioned dress.
The distant woman was waving a lantern to guide Long John Silver,the parrot Captain Flint ,the sack of pirate treasure and now
Christine
toward her.
As Christine got the sea salt water out of her ears she realized the woman on the dock was screaming at Long John Silver that he was already married to her,the Countess La Cobra and to toss the wharfside whore he was rowing in his boat
Christine
into the sea.
Christine quickly realized from the guilty look in the old pegleg pirates eyes that there was something the book TREASURE ISLAND
had failed to mention
Long John Silver was married to the Countess La Cobra
and as Christine watched in fascinated horror the Countess seemed to melt into a new shape
a gigantic snake
which took to the waves to deal with "the other woman" in Long John Silver's life
