As Marcia sat in the crib, her stomach rumbled loudly. She was hungry. But what could she do about it? She looked around the room. Her eyes landed on a sink with some shelves near it. On the shelves were what looked like jars of baby food, toddler snacks, and powdered baby formula. Those foods tended to last a long time, so hopefully, she could still eat them.
After a few minutes of struggling, Marcia managed to climb out of the crib and scale her way down to the ground. She made a beeline for the sink and shelves, toddling due to the thickness of her slightly damp diaper. Upon arrival, she stood on a conveniently placed box and grabbed the foodstuffs off the shelves.
Marcia sat on the ground to look over her haul. Luckily, while some of the food was expired, most of it wasn’t. She could choose what she wanted. Even the baby formula was an option, as there was a sink with water and some baby bottles. She just had to decide what seemed to be the best choice.
