"Alexis, lets get back to camp. We're going to make smores tonight." Sarah smiled as her friend went from wanting to look around more to getting back to camp quickly.
Unfortunately, Alexis hadn't been paying attention to where they were went they found the cabin. And while Sarah had, her perspective toward landmarks and how far they went was very different.
"Umm, Sarah do you know which way to go?"
Sarah looked around and all the trees looked the same. And everything was so big compared to when they had first gotten to the cabin. She looked around a bit and sat down.
"Sarah, what are you doing?"
Sarah looked at her friend. "Mom and Dad told me if I ever got lost to stay in one place until an adult finds you."
Alexis huffed and sat down too. "So you don't know which way to go."
"I wish I did." Sarah blurted out and then realized she knew what way to go. She also could tell that they had shrunk a few more inches. The two seven year olds had just finished the first grade.
