You are tempted to throw caution to the wind and bound out to enjoy your new form, but practical notions such as pregnancy dampen your spirits. Not to mention, what about age? Mountain lions don't have the same lifespan as humans; would your lifespan be cut when you take mountain lion form? Not to mention the risk of injury. Now that you think about it, even though you want to enjoy life as a wild animal, there's no guarantee that you wouldn't get yourself shot your first day out.
Your tail twitches as you ponder your options. Jinn does not intrude upon your thoughts, but instead simply gazes at you with a slightly amused smirk. You still have two wishes. Maybe with enough detail you can cover all your bases so your ability does not go to waste because of a chance misfortune. Focusing your eyes, you turn to Jinn.
"Jinn, I think I have my second wish," you say decisively.
"I must say, for how pensive you are, Master, I thought it would take much longer," Jinn smiles at you toothily. "Please, continue, Master." You take a deep breath, then plunge in.
"For my second wish, I wish that I would have infinite immortal regenerative ability over my body with temporal control, by which I mean I'd not only be able to have full control over my existence in a way that I'd be able to heal myself completely from any injury or illness, but I'd also be able to adjust the state of my cells from the damage of the aging process at will, thus being able to adjust the age of my body to any age I want," you carefully state, hoping that this would cover any and all contingencies. As your wish unspools, Jinn's grin grows wider and her eyes begin to sparkle.
"You truly are an interesting mortal, Master," Jinn chuckles. "But then again, you will not be a mere mortal from this point forward. Most of your predecessors picked one of the three abilities you mentioned, having to adjust the wish with a subsequent one, but I have never had a Master who managed to collect all three in a single wish! I am beginning to regret that I cannot offer you more than three wishes, simply to witness what you might request next!" As before, Jinn raises her hands and gives a nod. "As you wish, Master, so shall it be!"
As before, nothing changes. There's no flash of light, boom of thunder, or zap of electricity. Nothing to indicate anything has been altered, except for a mischievous-looking genie staring at you in eager anticipation.
You look down at yourself and retract the fur from your forearm. There is a scar there, faint, but it was deep enough that it did not fade after many years. Squinting at it, you will the area to return to a pristine state. Your eyes open wide as the scar completely disappears, leaving nothing but flawless skin. You can't help looking up at Jinn, and then ponder what to do next.
