Gwen simply gazed at her youthful appearance as Julia now berated an operator at the Magic Shop.
"This in unacceptable," Julia hollered as she glared at her cellphone. "I paid close to a thousand dollars for the size dice and you sent me the wrong item." Julia now angrily tapped her foot as she listened to the operator.
"No I'm not interested in store credit," she stated. "I want what I paid for." Julia paused as she listened to the operator, her eyes going wide at the response. "Seven days," she exclaimed. "Its going to take seven days to fix this and get the item i paid for? No extra charge should be a given at this point. Fine however I must insist on a way to return us to our normal age. I refuse to accept that this can not be fixed sooner."
Julia sighed, thanking the operator before hanging up the phone. "Well," Gwen asked. "What did they say?"
"Well they apologized," Julia grumbled. "Unfortunately its going to take a few days for the reversal dice to arrive. Looks like we have an extended weekend."
Gwen nodded, gazing back at her youthful Visage before smiling. "Well I can't complain too much," she smirked. "I mean look at us, I look fresh out of college."
"And I look like an intern out of business school," Julia grumbled. "I can't go into work like this!"
"Could be worse yku could be 3 feet tall again," Gwen chuckled.
Julia crinkled her nose, giving Gwen an impish smirk. "Brat."
"Not yet but if those dice roll again I could be," Gwen laughed. The two friends now began laughing softly as they nowbsat on the couch. "So what now," Gwen asked. "Instead of growing smaller we're growing younger."
"Not the weekend I envisioned," Julia sighed. "Really wanted to see you at 3 feet tall."
"Just glad its not 3 years old," Gwen grinned.
Julia chuckled softly as the smaller Gwen leaned into her. "We have to be careful with the dice though Gwen," Julia stated. "From what the store told me they can be a bit unpredictable. Until the reversal dice arrive our age is a valuable commodity."
"Well at least were still old enough to drink," Gwen stated.
The two women now glanced at the dice resting precariously on the kitchen counter. An accidental roll with a big enough number could land the two of then back in their teens. "Maybe we should put those somewhere safe."
Julia nodded, as she went to stand Gwen's neighbor decided at that moment to crank his stereo causing everything in Gwen's apartment to vibrate. Gwen and Julia now gasped as the dice fell from their perch crashing to the ground.
Balls of light now began to float off of both women as they began to age backwards once again. It was a surreal experience as they felt their clothing shift around them, their curves melting away as their faces became more innocent. As the lights faded two 20 year old women gawked at one another.
"I'm 20," Julia whispered, noticing her voice sounded just an octave higher than usual.
"Me too," Gwen replied, noting her small breasts appeared even smaller, having loss their adult fullness while becoming perkier. Gwen frowned as she now cupped them. "Geez I'm barely a B cup."
The two college coeds now took stick of themselves, finding their clothing to be a bit loos around their waists as their adult curves had diminished. "We need to secure the dice somewhere safe," Julia stated. "I mean look at us Gwen! In two hours we've both lost 10 years. At this rate we'll be back in diapers by tomorrow."
"That you plan," Gwen joked. "Get me too small to wear anything."
Julia blushed, true she enjoyed seeing Gwen's nude body, just not her infantile one. Still she could appreciate Gwen's attempt at humor. "Very funny," she said, her cheeks blushing. "But I'm serious Gwen. We have to be careful, we won't get a chance to reverse this for at least a few days. I don't know about you but I don't feel like going through puberty in reverse."
Gwen nodded in agreement, shuddering at the thought of having to relive that awkward time of her life. "Okay we secure the dice but then what," she asked. Julia now rubbed her chin thoughtfully as she considered their options.
