"Yes!" Trevor jumped in glee. "I won, and you doofuses lost." Trevor had three fives, while Ian followed second with a pair. The other two lost with only a high card in their deck.
The golden card turned white again, and the angelic hum filled the room. "Pick amongst the losers" the card ordered. Trevor looked at his prey he could pounce on with just a whisper of their name. There deviousness in his eyes, and the innate excitement that quickened his heartbeat.
Trevor looked first at Ian, his black-haired best friend with whom he is acquainted since the first grade. If what he thinks is right, the card will be swapped their bodies - or probably change them into something. Ian is your decent suburban neighbor. He's not that noticeable from the crowd, with his mediocre haircut and body. You need to be friends with him for a long time to notice the little things, like his maple-colored eyes and freckled dappled on his neck.
Jim, on the other hand, is a smaller version of his older brother. Although, he is a little bit pudgy despite his rambunctious attitude. What Trevor likes about the kid is how nimble that brat could be. Like there is an endless well of energy fueling the kid's mischief.
And lastly, his own younger brother - brown-haired and rosy-cheeks Isaac. He is a delicate kid with looks reflecting that attitude. His limbs are thin, but touch reveals how silk smooth they are. He has no gashes nor blemishes, a testament to his careful and fearful attitude. If Trevor could swap with him, he wonders if he'd get his attitude as well.
