As she was transfering your soul, the goddess made one heavy mistake. She choose to place you into a female's body, however, as she wanted to desperately grant your final wish, she slightly altered the baby's genetics, turning her into a hermaphrodite, that way you would for sure have the most ideal body for losing your virginity when it is time. She kept your general appearance as being completely female though, since from what she observed, a greater percentage of all females end up having sex tban males.
As for your memories, she worried that if you remembered the scary moments from birth, it would harm your growth and ruin your childhood with unanswerable questions and traumas, so she just locked those bad ones away for a few years until you were better able to handle them, at which point they would unlock on their own.

So they had you appraised by one of the mages to check your status for any birth defects involving a inherent skill. What they found was that you possessed a few incredible things. The top most being the title "Descendant of the Goddess of Life and Death". The other big shocks were you possessed the skill "Complete Immunity" and "Goddess' Walk". The first made you completely immune to all negative effects, and status debuffs. The other explained your weightlessness. It essentially meant that you can move your body in a 3D sphere of movement without needing to touch a surface or even take a step for that matter. You even could pass right through solid objects if you had a clear mental image of where you would end up. The last important point was your race. You were not just a dark elf. You also were a part of the Celestial, or the god race.
It was quickly decided that no one would speak a word about this, and a high ranking disguise enchantment was placed upon your stats that would conceal them from others who were below the required rank. You would still be able to see them due to your "Complete Immunity" skill excluding you from the list of targeted people. Either way, your parents still were glad you were born happy, even if you had 1 more parent in addition to the two of them.
