"May I offer you some tea," Merlin asked as he now conjured a cup for himself. "Not a fan," Jacob stated. "More of a coffee drinker." Merlin nodded, waving his hand as a mug of coffee now appeared in Jacobs hand.
Gloria watched as the Spark now appeared to sniff the coffee before looking up at Jacob. The tiny green fairy giving Jacob the thumbs up. "Its safe." Jacob nodded taking a sip before giving Merlin a smile. "What's she doing?"
"Checking to make sure its safe," Spark replied. "Considering how long he's been in the business he's always a little wary about accepting anything."
"Just how it is," Jacob shrugged. "Taking out a hunter always seems to be on everyone's bucket list."
"So what brings you to the shop Mr. Moreland," Gloria asked.
"Well," Jacob started. "Everything that happened last year really shook up the supernatural world. Nothing like this has taken place since the Black Death. Realms merging, the supernatural mixing with mankind, only to have them up and vanish only to be replaced by a plague. Wouldnt be doing my job if I didnt find out what happened."
Merlin nodded as he rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "So what have you been able to discern?"
"Alot," Jacob said. "Mostly that alot of the magical families lost and I mean ALOT. Lycans, mummies, liches, demons, hell even the dragons. All of them took heavy losses. But not everyone. Theres a power vacuum and from what I've heard some ambitious supernatural leaders are making moves."
"Such as," Merlin asked.
"Vampires," Jacob said. "Rumor has it Miro Tepes is trying to strengthen the vampire nation. Dracula's grandkid was smart enough to stay out of that mess and is looking to better his standing in the supernatural world. Chances are if I found you, the vamps won't be far behind."

Sasha wiped the sweat from her brow as she now admired her motorcycle. The 1974 Harley sportster had been a wreck when she bought it, which is how she had gotten it so cheap. After alot of work though it was slowly coming around. Hopefully with a bit more work it would be ready by July.
"Sasha."
Sasha now turned to see her father peak his head into the garage. "What is it dad?"
"Need your help with something," Joe Sampson said. "Got a guy looking at putting tints on his windows." Sasha sighed, putting her tools away before admiring her work. Hopefully she could get back to her bike shortly. As Sasha now entered the lobby of her father's shop she could see him talking with a well dressed man with slick backed hair.
"Sasha this is Mr...."
"Romi," Romi stated. "You may address me as Romi."
"Okay...Romi," Sasha replied. "What can we help you with?"
"I am looking to add some tints to my windows," Romi stated in a slight European accent. "Regrettably I have some photo sensitivity to sunlight. Would you and your father be able to perform the necessary work?"
"Shouldn't be a problem," Joe said. "Sasha how long would it take you to apply tints?"
"Couple of hours," Sasha shrugged.
"Splendid," Romi smiled.
"We'll also take care of an general maintenance issues like you requested," Joe stated. "Car should be ready by the afternoon."
Romi smiled, leaving a contact number before departing. As Sasha watched the man limp to a waiting taxi, she couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss. Shaking the feeling off as just being tired Sasha and her father now began their work, unaware they were now helping a vampire.
