While the IAC was focusing on the games, there were still conversions and/or upliftings going on, with LGBT+ members getting half off in the spirit of "Pride Month". There were still a few that were confusing, but easily explained later by talking with others.

Shyra was heading back to the showers after her tennis matchup against Miss Fabina. She was still rusty since she hadn't played tennis in a while, so she wasn't to upset about losing. Miss Fabina, however, did have some truth/skill to back up her claim that she had been in the 1984 Summer Olympics, but she didn't watch it on TV back then so she didn't know much about it.
She was broken out of her musings when she spotted a Horizon Agent coming over to her.
"I'm hoping you could help us out with two of our newest lesbian conversions." he said.
"I'll do my best, but I'm making no promises." said Shyra, honestly.
"They're both about the same age as you." began the agent, reading off the summaries of both files. "One, named 'Molly' is stuck in a wheelchair since she has both her legs broken in two places..."
"That's enough," interrupted Shyra, "I know them."
"I'm glad." answered the agent, "So who are they?"
"Back when it was the Mafia running the casinos in Las Vegas," said Shyra, reminiscing slightly, "it not only was unpopular to be gay or lesbian, but also unpopular for women to want to do things that weren't considered 'proper' for them to do, such as boxing, wrestling, or bodybuilding. Unfortunately, Molly and her lover Shelly were not only lesbian, but also were into boxing, wrestling, and bodybuilding. This eventually led them to a Mafia-run version of female boxing."
"'Female boxing'?" asked the Agent, not liking the sound of that.
"I know." said Shyra, already feeling the pain of the memory. "It was not only a female-only 'evolution' of Prohibition-era bare-knuckle brawling, but also included all kinds of 'sexual moves'."
"That doesn't sound very legal." said the agent, uncertainly.
"Of course it wasn't legal," answered Shyra, "That's why the Mafia were running it."
"So... how did Molly get both her legs broken in two places?" asked the Agent, eager to change the subject.
"When it came to exchanging punches," replied Shyra, "Molly could easily stand her ground, but when it came to full body grappling she'd fold like a house of cards, no pun intended."
"Ah," said the agent, now understanding, "She must have caused the Mafia to lose a few times, and they weren't happy about it."
"Right in one." Said Shyra. "You will let me know when Shelly and Molly are done converting, right? While I didn't know them on a personal basis, I am familiar with how things were back then."
"Sure." said the Agent, reading over his notes, "Shelly has chosen a tiger for her conversion, while Molly has chosen a polar bear. They'll be easy to identify, since Shelly has her hair in a braid that almost reaches her behind, while Molly has her hair in a paige-cut."

Meanwhile, Elly, who had been working on her bodybuilding as well as her Track and Field training, was approached by another Horizon Agent.
"We've got another A-class." said the Agent. By this time, Elly was familiar with the term. It meant someone who had become an Animalian and now had extra-large sized ego to go with their new forms. "This time he's a rhino. He'll be easy to identify because of his tattoos."
"Don't worry about me." said Elly, flexing a, considerably larger, bicep. "While I'm not a trained MMA fighter, I have been learning quite a bit from my self-defense classes."
"I hope so." said the agent, worrying only slightly.
