Neptune and Colin were able to reunite all their human friends no later that the next day. (All their Drakonoïd friends already knowing Neptune was the daughter of the goddess, and all perfectly willing to keep it secret from all humans.)
There was Natalia Wood, a tall and busty redhead that could easily become a top-model. Nat, as she prefer to be called, may look like your typical bitchy queen-bee type at first glance, but anyone that take the time to know her would see the truth be revealed: Under the mask is hidden someone that's a geek to the core, to the shame of her very old-fashioned parents.
While Louise Almond is more a friend of Jane, she still had a friendly relationship with Neptune and Colin. As stated in a previous chapter, Louise is an actress missing a leg. Her first big part in a movie was obtained thanks to the support of Jane, after she had initially been denied even though her character was locked into a wheelchair. Louise is a rather good looking black girl with long curly hairs, she's also the only one among the peoples invited to Colin's that day to not be a geek.
The third girl present was a stern faced Asian named Qiao Lee, but it's because she has a hard time expressing herself, coupled with her naturally severe-looking face, and not anything like in the rumors about her. Unless you pronounce her name ‘Kaori’, which piss her of since its a Japanese first-name. It reached a point where it almost become a catch-phrase: "I'm of Chinese descent, not Japanese! Qiao is my first name, and Lee my last name!"
Her best friend, Asha Avninder, is a plump bespectacled Indian, the very cliché of a geek. While shy at first, she reveal herself as a fun loving girl once you get to know her. She's not one to wear traditional clothing outside of grand occasion. She's actively trying to help Qiao to be more outgoing, without much result so far.
Brad Bradford is your average Caucasian guy. Physically he doesn't have much going for him, outside of his blond hairs and blue eyes. Globally a good guy, but a bit arrogant at times.
And finally there was the latino twins, Louis and Pablo Gonzales. Those two were unstoppable party-boys, unabashed pranksters and overall fun-loving goofs. But if you ever hurt someone they care about in any way, you better believe they'll find a way to make your life a living hell! They're also a good shoulder to cry on, if you ever need one.

Before Colin could greet his friend, Qiao bluntly asked "So, what's the problem?"
"Problem? There no problem. It's just… How to put it… There's a secret of Neptune and me that's about to become public, and we wanted to tell you ourself, and personally, rather than letting you hear it from others. But please enter, we'll be better inside to discus it."
While entering, Louis exclaimed "So Nep' and you are finally a couple, hm? About damn time!" A sentiment that seemed to be echoed by the rest of their friends.
"WHAT!?! NO!!! What gave you the impression there was something like that between us?!?" A now panicking Colin asked as they entered the living-room, where Nep' was waiting for them in her recently gained human form. "You know the ever circulating rumors about her? They're partially true."
"She's a PRINCESS?!?" asked an over exited Asha, causing Nat to perk up in interest, while Qiao simply raised an eyebrow.
"No, but I am the goddess daughter" clarified Neptune, causing everyone to look at her. Until she spoke, nobody had noticed the seemingly unknown girl. Even with what she just said, it took a bit of time before anyone put 2 and 2 together and understood who she was. The first to do so was Nat'. "Nep'?!? Is that you?"
"It is. Since I'm now able to take an human form, I thought it would make thing easier to communicate with you."
"You're right on that one, girl" admitted Natalie "But it will take time to get used to it, no offense." "None taken."
So far Neptune & Colin were under the impression their friends were taking the news rather well, and for most of them it was true, but not for Brad, who was already plotting different way of taking advantage of it. In the end, he tried to black-mail them into making him meet the goddess, or he would publicly reveal their secret.
Of course, neither gave in, which enraged Brad who, in retaliation, tried to attack Colin, but was stopped by the combined might of Qiao and the twins, while Nat was occupied with destroying his reputation through social network.
Neptune used the distraction to take the Journal of Facts and write in it. The result teleported Brad home while erasing memories of coming to Colin's today, and would even be convinced he had drifted apart from the group of friends. The rest of the team would perceive Brad's sudden disappearance as a divine intervention. (He was attacking the human bonded to the goddess' daughter, after all.)

The rest of the day was far more peaceful, with their friend asking questions, wondering if there was any difference between Neptune and other dragons since she was the goddess daughter, (none beside being immortal, which they intend to keep secret for as long as possible, even once Nep's parentage is public knowledge) how it affect Colin, (he's immortal too, on top of the usual advantage to being bonded to a dragon. But again, it's top secret) how it was for Neptune to finally be able to speak to them by herself without having to ask Colin and if it wasn't too strange being in her human form.
Nep' and Colin also asked their friends what was their opinion about publicly coming clean about the dragoness' parentage before the press revealed it by themselves. They confirmed that it would probably be better, Louise even suggested contacting her agent, Kamelia, to see how to proceed and organize the thing. "You can ask your sister for her number, since she's also Jane's agent."
