Tim tried to think of a way out of the situation, though considering he still had the watch that hopefully wouldn’t be too hard. All he had to do was use it and he should be able to swap again, though as he tried to use the watch he realized once again that his coordination was impaired. He couldn’t get the watch to work correctly no matter how hard he tried.
Tim had been so preoccupied with the watch that he didn’t notice when the gate to the pasture opened an older, gruff looking man walked in. He was wearing a denim jacket, with slightly torn flannel underneath, and long denim pants. “Alright... lets get em’ loaded.” He said, yelling to someone outside of the pasture. Tim quickly moved his attention from the watch to the man. Realizing the situation he was in his heart sunk, as he noticed the cattle trailer beside the pasture and the sign on the side— it was advertising a slaughterhouse! He had to get out of this body quickly or else he’d be sent to a slaughter house- not a place you’d want to be when you’re stuck in a cow’s body!
As Tim fiddled with the watch the slaughterhouse man seemed to look in his direction. “Oi! What’re you prodding at?” The gruff man said curiously. He thought that the cow might’ve gotten something she wasn’t supposed to have— and he didn’t want contaminated meat.
‘Oh no’ Tim thought seeing the man, and soon he was right next to Tim. He looked down and saw the watch. “Now how’d you get that girl?” He said, taking the watch from Tim, he inspected it a bit. “This is a real’ nice watch though. Could be worth money.” He said pocketing it. The final nail in the coffin for Tim. “Well... best get back ta’ business. Come on girl.” He said, tying a rope around Tim’s neck. He was leading Tim to the cattle trailer.
As Tim was roughly shoved into the trailer more cows started getting packed in there with him— and they smelled terrible. Anyone else would see a group of cows in a trailer, but through his eyes he was a normal human being roughly shoved in shoulder-to-shoulder with these dirty, smelly cattle, which also treated him like just another cow.
He tried to not think about this situation though- he had much worse things to think about as the trailer started to move, inevitably leading to the slaughterhouse.
