You end up shipwrecked on an island and you are slowly growing a tail

You are a 20 year old white skinned woman, you are 174cm tall. You were on a Cruise Ship when it was going through a rough storm, it sank and everyone but you were able to get onto the lifeboats. You thought that you were going to die, but miraculously you find yourself on this island.

Unfortunately this Island is in a pretty remote location, there is no one else here but you and only you, and since this island is in a remote location nobody but you knows that it even exists so anyone coming to rescue you is impossible.

All of your clothes were eaten by the salt in the Seawater leaving you completely Naked, Nude, and Exposed. Your Belly Button, Vagina, Labia Minora, Majora, Urethral Meatus, Clitoris, Perineal Raph, and Anus are all Naked, Nude, and Exposed.

You try everything you can do to survive on this island. You do very well at it. But eventually you feel a terrible pain in your lower back and upper butt just above your anus. It feels like your Spine and Tailbone is trying to get out of your lower back and upper butt by ripping the skin apart of it just above your butthole, and it does.

Your Tailbone is visible bone out of your Butt, then it grows with nerves, muscles, fat, and skin surrounding it. It is currently a nub just coming out of your butt. You don't know it yet but it will slowly and eventually grow to be 174cm long tail. Either it will become a 174cm long naked Hairless Bareskin Human Tail or it will become a 174cm Furry, or a naked hairless bareskin or a scaly animal tail.

If you do not escape this island soon, then you are in danger of being a tailed human or an animal forever.
