The attendant gently tugged on the rope urging you to walk forward "come on girl, one hoof infront of the other" called the attendant as she gave another tug on your rope causing you to stagger one foot forward, groaning from the weight of your new heavy womb, feeling the two foals within kicking and squirming from the sudden movement, you soon realised that in your current stance you wernt going to get very far, so as you took another step you began widening your legs apart, groaning with relief as your new weight was made more bearable.

Soon you walked up on a large white building, it had a large glass window accross the front with a glass sliding door leading to what looked like a reception, with various people holding their pets in the room, on the doors was a symbol of a pink pluss with a cat, dog and horse head in the center, but you were surprised when the attendant began leading you around the back of the building, around the back was a white wooden fence, with a swinging garden gate on the front with a lush green field on the other side, there was a large wooden animal house accross from the gate, its right side merged with the white buildings back wall, and as you looked accross the field you could see various rock shelfs and watering holes dotted around, with a few trees with brightly coloured toys dangling from there branches.
The attendant once again tugged on your rope as she opened the gate and walked you in "there we go big girl, welcome to your new home" she said with a smile as she removed the rope from around your neck, you only geared at her, your ears folded back and your breath coming in gruff snorts and heavy exhales, your front hoof began pawing at the ground in temper as you jerked your head back from the attendant who's attempts to calm you were proving ineffective, suddenly your eyes caught a glimpse if something small and plastic in her hands as she tried to hide it behind her back, it was a Needle!.
"Oh no you don't, not again" you said as you decided now was good a time as any to test out your new body, you reared back, kicking your front legs out wildly to keep her at arms length, groaning from the sudden activity in your womb as the foals began to react to your stress, and then you used your powerful back legs to propelled yourself forward, all four hoofs now hitting the dirt as you tried to get used to running, your strides were clumsy at first but soon you were galloping accross the grass, your mane flowing in the wind, your heart racing beneath your powerful chest muscles, your leg muscles screaming with relief, like sitting down for a long time and then walking around, this is what this body was MADE to do, to run free.
The wind was soon knocked out of your sales as reality once again set in, your foals were rolling and kicking frantically, almost as if trying to run themselves, their hoofs and bodies pressing out against your sensetive insides, your hips ached under your new weight and form, obviously running not helping your discomfort, and then there was your bowling ball sized teats, all that running made the milk inside them slosh and leak everywhere, leaving the insides of your back legs drenched in milk, you could even feel a good amount on or over your sensetive pussy and flanks.
Looking back towards the attendant you cold see her cradling her left arm, good you had managed to get a shot off on her, she glared at you with pain in her face, you only glared back, she did this to you, you had to deal with theis foals now, you were going to have to go through the pain of birthing them back into the world, it was only fair that she feel a fraction of your pain now.
You looked away from her grunting in satisfaction as your gaze fell upon your rounded womb "well kids, looks like your stuck with me and I'm stuck with you, and I don't think il be getting my human form back any time soon, never was a big fan of stripes when I was 'sigh' well I guess I have no choice but to take good care of you two, and any more that they force into me" you said as you rolled your eyes before you began nuzzling your nose into the side of your belly "well...my foals, hello I'm your mommy, and I promise to take good care of you" you said, chuckling as a small hoof rolled accross your belly, suddenly feeling thirsty your gaze once again fell upon the watering hole "and right now mommy is really thirsty" you said as you trotted over to the waters edge and spread your legs wide to get your head down to the water and began taking in big gulps of water, moaning as the crisp water soothed the dry desert of your throat.
Suddenly you could hear shuffling in the animal house as you stood up to look, listening to the sound of something or someone moving around within, suddenly all of the doors opened and the first thing you saw was......
