You wake up with a start; you look around only to find yourself are in a completely concrete room with a glass door at the far side, you are laying in a rather unremarkable bed, the room was small standing you figured you could touch both walls with your fingers if you stretched them. Ignoring that fact for now you looked over to the only thing that was different in the room being a heart beat monitor that was beeping steadily embedded in the wall so as not to take up valuable space.
You looked around for the method on how the machine was getting your pulse. If you found a wire you could maybe use it as a means of escape.
There was nothing, no wires attached to you only a strange metal armband,
‘That must be how it is getting my vitals, I didn’t even know it was possible to do that’ you thought to yourself.
Inspecting the rest of the room you noticed the bed was bolted to the ground.
You had nothing, and at this point no means to even try to escape.
You stood up and immediately heard a whoosh coming from the door; you spun around only to be faced with Selina.
Rage was the first thing you felt after seeing her sinister smiling face, you wanted to punch her so bad but something was preventing you from acting on that impulse.
“What did you do to me?” You say trying not to yell.
“Hmm, not the reaction I was expecting.” She says ignoring your question.
“Based on the data we have, I actually expected you to try to hit me. What a perfect response!” she said before walking into the small room.
The door shut behind her as she began looking around the room.
“Now, let’s talk a bit shall we?” she said glancing over at you.
“What’s there to talk about? Once I get out of here I will beat you to a pulp and then sue you for all you are worth; and once I tell Lana about your experiment she won’t even want to look at you let alone date you.” You say, sounding very confident in your plan.
A soft chuckle could be heard breaking the silence. It slowly rose in volume as Selina continued to think about the words.
After she was able to stifle the chuckle she looked at you and said “my my my, very bold of you to assume that any of that is an option for you anymore.” There was a sinister mirth playing across her face.
“You fell for my trap. What makes you think that you could escape anymore even if you truly wanted to?” she asked rhetorically.
“No you are quite stuck here. To answer your original question, the only thing I have done right now is removed your ability to escape this place on your own and more recently started taking away your ability to willfully hurt me… your new mistress. The fact that you didn’t attack me when I walked into the room is all the proof you need that I am not lying to you.”
“bull-“ you started saying before she yelled at you.
“Silence you disgusting worm. I am currently monologuing; you will get the chance to speak soon, as I have a game to make your useless existence serve a purpose. Now where was I?” she yelled back at you as she turned around to look at the heart rate monitor.
“You are going to decide your own fate. You will receive a letter after I leave with a couple options on it, you will have five minutes to choose your future life based on those options. If you don’t decide in that time, I will pick for you; now I want this to be fun so choose something entertaining…not that it will be much fun for you but that is not the point of having a toy. It is supposed to be fun for the owner not the toy.” With that she started to laugh as she walked out the door.
Once the door shut your senses returned to you, you ran to the door and slammed into it. The glass didn’t even react to the sudden pressure as you fell back down.
“That bitch, I will kill her!” you yelled to the walls as you rubbed your now tender arm.
