The flash engulfed pieces of clothing formerly known as Raquel and Emilia and before that Rick and Emily, gifting them a second chance at human life and creating a brand new reality. The world shifted as two new versions of the pair awoke to find themselves in a changing booth.
"Oh, my head." One woman sighed. "Rebecca? Is that you girl?"
"Yeah, yeah it's me Ella." Rebecca replied. "What... what happened?" She asked as she stood up from the floor.
"I don't recall." Ella sighed, brushing her jet black hair from her eyes as she fixed her bra. "Something about a camera?"
Rebecca suddenly remembered, shown as her eyes shot wide. She turned to look down and saw the camera sitting on the floor where it had magically turned itself. As the magic always wanted to be used, it had granted Rebecca awareness to its ability.
"Shit, Ella, this thing... I mean, I don't know how I know this, but this thing can do some amazing things!" She stuttered, swiftly holding the device aloft.
"Uh, Becca, you alright girl?" Ella asked, concerned for her friend's strange behavior.
"Oh, I'm better than okay." Rebecca chuckled as her smile spread.
She recalled coming to the store today with Ella. She had agreed to go to get away from her obnoxious slob of a husband and her bratty kids, when the two discovered this camera. Rebecca didn't know why or how she now knew how the camera worked, but she didn't care.
"Ella, this will change everything." She laughed.
Ella looked over her friend, concerned even more. her curly red hair was an unkept mess, her blouse was wrinkled and clearly she had no bra. Her makeup was missing and her eyes were looking rather crazy. She needed to help her friend, asap. Maybe she could take her home to her love, Greg. He was a therapist, but could also help by making a nice family meal to lure her friend in. As she began to formulate how to help, Ella began to move closer to Rebecca.
"Hey girl, sounds great." Ella said gently. "Now, how about you hand me that and we can discuss what we're gonna do today?" She asked.
