Samuel was giddy, he was curently livestreaming to his audience of a measly 4 viewers to prove the existence of the urban legend of the so called Elsewhere Express.
Samuel was past 17 years old, he decided not to go to college and to persue a life in the paranormal, he was very chubby with a slight double chin. He had a wispy beginings of facial hair appearing in patches. and he wore oversized glasses for his small brown eyes. Samuel was really self concious of his appearance and ressented himself, but he was a nerd and didnt know how to work out or clean up his look. none of the girls and boys in his town would date him. so he decided to pour all his attention into proving the supernatural.
there he was waiting at the station. he set up all the necessary requirement of the rumor. It was a full moon that night, he was waiting right next to a public phone as to not receive a call on his phone as he was streaming, and it announced that it was going to rain that night.
there he was trying to entertain the small audience when raindrops started to fall. his excitment began to rise. right on schedule, the public phone that was mounted to the wall started ringing, at that the viewers on his streams actually got invested. and the viewer number began to rise. Sam picked up the phone and listened, "Would you like to go Elsewhere?" said a static voice on the other end. Sam replied eagurly, his viewer count now in the dozens. the call abruptly ended. the silence was palpable for a long time. suddenly it arrived.
A large train pulled up at the station. made of black iron and coated in green paint. addorned with butterfly imagery, a text was written on the side of it, the elsewhere express. Sam streams now had over 50 viewers. he investigated the train happily, noting that he can hear laughs indoors but could not see through the tinted windows. the doors swung open, leading into a darkly lit room only illuminated by moonlight. sam took his bag of equipments and wandered off through the door ready to examin all the details. as he crossed the threshhold, the doors closed behind him, the light flashed on and the train began to leave the station, his stream couldnt beleive what was happening, the number was near a hundred, and as the train left the station and entered a tunnel...the stream crashed.
sam was a bit shocked at these events but he could manage, he stoped the stream that lost connection and instead decided to record his findings to show people when he got of the train. examining the room, he found a locked door to the side, butterfly themed wallpaper, a small desk with papers and pens on it and mounted on the wall, a small golden plaque with a slit to insert a note in, on it was written "what is your final destination", samuel took a pen and paper and wrote down "to find out more about the elsewhere express", he inserted the note in the slit, as he did so, the door to his side unlocked. he walks towards it to open it.
