You yawn as you wake up. You blink a little when you realize that its still dark outside despite the fact that it should be morning. You slowly walked towards the window and looked outside, surprised to see that it was as black as night outside. The moon was still up and the stars shone in the sky as normal. Maybe you had just woken up early... right? No something about this didn't feel right, but you couldn't put your finger on it.
You went into the bathroom and turned the light on, only to find that in the dim light you were staring at an unfamiliar face in the mirror. The woman staring back at you looked like yourself at first glance, but she had dark grey skin and long white hair. Your pajamas had been replaced with silver silk clothing that hugged your now far more generous curves. You placed your hands on your surprisingly perky breasts as you felt them, they felt real enough as you did. So that meant you hadn't gone through some bizarre plastic surgery in your sleep.
You then splashed water on your face and hair. But that didn't do anything either, whatever had done this to your skin and hair wasn't coming off. You finally brushed your hair back and realized your ears had become pointed like an elf's.
You did the only thing any reasonable person faced with a sudden change to your body would do. You screamed at the top of your lungs.
The door to your room opened and another grey skinned woman with long white hair and dressed in revealing white clothing entered and bowed. "Mistress, are you alright? I came as soon as I heard you scream."
You blinked a little as you looked at the woman. You realized for a moment that you had somehow become a Dark Elf, but you didn't know why this woman was treating you like this. The Dark Elf woman held her head bowed as she tried not to make eye contact with you, which felt weird. What had happened to you, it felt like you were still where you were supposed to be, but everything was different.
And why had she called you mistress?
"Uh, yes everything is fine," you said, trying not to let your unease show. "Thank you for your concern. You may go now."
"Yes mistress," the woman said before heading back out. You shut the door to the bathroom behind her and let out a breath you didn't realize you had been holding.
You leaned on the counter again and stared at your reflection again. You let the silk clothes fall to the floor, looking at your new perfect figure. You had always been kind of a dumpy girl before, now you looked like a model... well a weird cosplayer model. So what had happened? Did this happen to everyone?
You shook your head, you'd have to figure this out later. You went back into your room and opened your closet, it was time to see what you were now, and what you'd have to do next.
