Your pump clad feet clatter across the floor of the house as you race towards the sound. You're quick as Blue was, which you approve of, means you can reach whatever's happening quicker. It's probably just Red doing a prank like appearing suddenly in a room when someone isn't looking, you didn't hear any clatters or crashes that sounded like something fell and hurt someone, thank goodness. You might be a magical bunny mannequin that lives in a haunted house but you sure as heck don't want people getting hurt here!
As you snap to a halt in front of an open door, you see the fuss.
Two humans, both male, both in their late 20's you think, on their rear ends, on the floor, pointing in shock at Red who you *know* is trying to hold back laughter despite looking completely turned 'off'. They have cameras attached to helmets and flashlights there too. Smart! They haven't noticed you yet and in a fit of mischievous pique, you decide to pose yourself giving a double 'peace' sign right in front of the door and just stay still. They'll be able to get past you, but they'll have to push you out of the way to leave the room.
They notice you a good ten seconds after you've posed yourself. You've counted. And while you wince internally at their loud screams, you don't move an inch. Bursting off the floor, the two men scramble past you, both slamming past you in a panic. You tumble to the floor, thrown down by both as they barge past, neither of whom manage to trip despite stumbling, one of the pair calling out an instinctual "sorry!" as he does so. That he probably sees your dazed thumbsup only makes him run faster.
You did stars for a moment; not out of pain, which you don't feel, but rather out of an awareness that the nice young man that apologized to you is seeking his own pair of bunny ears. Even if he may not know it yet. His friend, well, you're certainly not going to change him and your sisters won't either; but you're not the only things here. You think.
Your fingers twitch in anticipation as you bound to your feet, ready to lope off after your new sister to be. Something stops you though. You would've liked to have been asked about your change, even if you do love being Purple and wouldn't trade it for the world. Maybe you should figure out a way to let your sister to be know? To get them to actually say yes rather than surprising and shocking them? It was so nice with Green, maybe you should try that for....Pink? Gold? White? Whoever they end up becoming.
As you think that over you're also confronted with the fact that you also kind of *really* liked teasing them, scaring them, and you know that chasing them down would be twice as fun. Plus if she says no, you'd be left without a sister. So, decisions, decisions...
