“Earrings, necklace and the watch on the left arm. The ring was on her left hand. It seems Amelia is engaged” reported the director. “She is wearing pink nail polish and Angus is about to send through a photo of Amelia’s face”
A message came through and Cheryl looked at the picture of the apparently sleeping woman. It seemed that her make-up was minimal. She realised she had done a pretty good job of Matt’s hairstyle. It looked exactly like the hair of the real Amelia.
“Have any of you fellows ever put on nail polish?” Cheryl enquired of the gents
“I’ve seen my wife and daughters do it many times” responded the Director. Dave and the doctor looked blank.
“Well it looks like it is your job then Sir” She handed the director a jar of nail polish which she had found in Amelia’s handbag “This must be her colour. One coat. Make it quick. We can retouch it later” She turned to Matt “You sit down and splay your fingers. Try not to move. I’ll fix your face”
It took at least 5 minutes for the Director to paint Matt’s fingernails. While he worked on Matt’s left hand, Dave blew on the now painted nails on his left hand to try and speed up the drying process while Cheryl worked on his face. It seemed she had found Amelia’s make-up kit.
With his face done Cheryl then put the jewellery on him. Large diamond studs were inserted into each of his now pierced ears. A thin gold necklace with a heart shaped pendant was put around his neck. The pendant nestled into Matt’s cleavage. A dainty gold watch was placed on his left wrist and a diamond engagement ring placed on his left finger.
Lastly the extreme heels were placed on Matt’s feet. Matt had not noticed the gel inserts initially but clearly Cheryl knew what they were for. “Okay stand up and see if you can walk” she instructed him.
Matt was surprised that he could. He was wobbly initially but he seemed to instinctively have the required balance. He had no trouble walking around the room “I think the doctor was right. I must have acquired some of Amelia’s skills” He liked that the heels added inches to his height. He was now on a par with the Doctor and the Director.
Dave, the Director and the Doctor all couldn’t help but admire Matt’s sultry voice. She was a sexy woman. It was hard to believe this was the same person who had walked into the room only 45 minutes earlier.
“Time to get going. We have been too long already. Good luck agents” said the Director. He was interrupted by a phone ringing in Amelia’s bag.
“Answer it” said Dave looking at Matt.
