While the IAC was one of Animalia's biggest events, there were a few other events, some of which were more tied to the seasons than anything. The best example of this was Animalia's upcoming fall event, Spookyville. Of course there were those who were more confused about it, and about Halloween in general. Others, on the other hand, were more confused about certain parts of Halloween than they were about others. One of the most well known was simple fact that uplifted Animalians were unable to see how stuffing oneself with candy until they were sick as something good about Halloween. There were some things that were considered good to start in fall.

What was certainly true was that, while everyone seemed to think Animalia was all about 'furries fornicating in the desert/on an island/etc.' (which was actually more about incorrect assumptions about Animalians), there was a small, but well-patronized, market for Animalian pornography. While there had been controversy over Onlyfans no longer allowing porn on their website, the Animalian "version" (as some called it) was still going as strong as it had been. What was probably the one that was being "preordered" the most was the 'ascension'/conversion of the six males who had come to Animalia to deal with a hormonal imbalance. While there were those who used derogatory terms for the six main characters (such as 'femboy'), there was no getting around the fact that, once it was finally released, it would be the first time that conversions would be recorded for public viewing. But what was also true was the fact that, despite their their new, larger muscled, masculine forms, they still had some confidence issues.

Another thing that was going on was the new school year, some of which involved new schools entirely. Again, while some made claims about the newest school for Animalians that were either 'sensastionalist stories' hoping to get coverage with clickbait, or schoolboy (or girl) fantasies that would never happen in a million years, the simple fact was that "Samurai Prep" was more like a normal prep school, albeit with a Feudal Japanese theme, as well as some things started by WSA, such as unisex locker rooms, as well as unisex dormitories since quite a few didn't really have homes to go 'home' to, since they had been rescued from organized crime and/or illegal prostitution rings.

On a similar note, what was probably the most 'popular' in terms of having the most interest and attention was the Animalia Colony that was being developed in France. Of course, the one that was generating the most attention was what was now known as Belles Bêtes, since it was the most finished in terms of being 'open to the public'. There was also the case of adding new structures to the French colony, such as the equivalents of Claw Coliseum, a place for cold blooded Animalians to stay in during the winter months, etc.. Fortunately, the French Government had an easier time of obtaining land around Miss Renard's vineyard to expand the colony as needed, especially since the overall theme for the colony was a slightly (or significantly, depending on how you look at things) more sexually open version of 19th century Europe.

What wasn't garnering the most attention, but was still rather fitting for the time of year, was the appearance of Halloween decorations at various stores. While some did find this annoying, as some people seemed to think that holiday-themed decorations were appearing earlier and earlier, there were those who were trying to get the "good stuff" (whatever that was) early before it was gone, though that seemed to change from year to year.
