One of the many items that you see is an old mp3 player, you haven't seen one of these in years, so you buy it for it's rarity and antiquity.

After buying some other stuff, you move to the gym next to the shop and prepare for a mundane session. You've been working on your physique for the past few months, but you haven't seen any results and you've become quite frustrated.

You retrieve the mp3 player from the bag and examine it.
You wonder why such a thing was in the sports section of a shop, so you check the tracks it contains.
"Workout session" is the only thing in the device, so, out of curiosity, you put on headphones, play the track and put the device in your pocket.

You suddenly feel a buzz in your brain, and you hear a voice in your mind. It doesn't feel like listening to someone, but rather like the mental voice you hear when reading something.

"Start pumping iron."
"Huh?" Is all you manage to say, before the voice gets louder.
"Start pumping iron. NOW. GO."

Startled by the shouting, you stand up and try to lift some dumbbells.

"Not this." The voice in your mind says. "Bigger. Get a barbell now."

You groan as you leave the dumbbells behind and try to lift the barbell that's laying behind.
You barely manage to lift the weights, and the effort strains your arms.
"You can't lift these? Try harder, give it all you've got." the voice says.
"I can't! Hngh... Too heavy... Need... *pant* lighter ones..." you manage to groan.

"Not heavy enough if you can still complain" the voice says. "If you want to be strong, push yourself to the limit. Stop complaining. Lift now".
You groan as more weight is magically added to the already heavy barbell. You pump your muscles as much as you can, a bloating, numb sensation spreading throughout your arms.
"Hnngh... Less weight! Hmph... Less weight please!" You beg to the seemingly cursed MP3.

"Don't talk, add more weight. Don't you want to be strong? You'll be bigger than anyone else in this gym. Now shut up and lift."
You arms can barely hold the barbell as even more weight is added, you pant as your veins bulge, but somehow, it starts to feel lighter, like when you just started.

"It feels... Humph... Lighter?" You ask.
"No, your arms are getting stronger. Can't you feel them?"
"I'm getting stronger...? Hngh... I think it's getting lighter..."
"Don't think. More weight. Just lift."
"Hngh..."

Once you're lifting an Olympic class level of weight, your arms bulge, and become incredibly thick and beefy.

"Good. Your arms are huge. Big, strong, muscly. How does it feel?"
"Hngh... I'm... Feeling..."
"That's enough thinking. It's time to do squats. Let go of the barbell."

You begin to do squats, but your body is way too tired, you groan and complain.
"I want to rest... Everything hurts."
"You complain too much. Stop thinking about resting and pain. Focus on your legs, on your body, on how massive and strong you will become."
You feel the tiredness fade from you. All your mind thinks about is your legs. Soon, they begin to thicken and bulk up. Your calves balloon outwards into a ball of pure muscle, and your feet burst out of your shoes, huge, muscular and wide.
"Good. Now lift the barbell while doing squats."
"No wa-... Yes... This make strong..."
You feel the barbell magically appear back in your arms, and you pump with relative ease.
"Good. Move your thoughts and energy to your legs, doesn't it feel good to think less about pain and more about your huge legs?".
"Yes... Legs..."
"Your thighs are huge and thick, your legs are long and massive."
"Yes... Big..."
"This is easy for you now, right?"
"Hngh. Can't hold much... Hmph... Long-"
"I told you to stop thinking. Send all those doubts and useless thoughts right where you need them. Ass."
"Hngh... Ass..."
It becomes huge, plump, and round, matching your thighs and becoming a perfect counterweight.
"Well done."
"Me... Big..."
"We need more weight. Improve your body. Discard your manhood."
"Man... Me..."
Your genitalia inverts, and becomes a thick, plump, tight set of lips, as your abs soon crunch and become a dense, defined mass of muscle.
"Much easier now, isn't it?"
"...Yes... Easiest..."
"Your legs are powerful. Don't you feel powerful"

"But now, it's time to do push-ups"
"Hngh...Yes! Get bigger!"

You start to do push-ups, you lift your massive body with ease, so the recording makes it harder for you.
"Chin to the floor."
"Chin. Yes."
"Don't let your boobs touch the floor"
"Don't let... What..."
"Your boobs."
"Me... Boobs...?"
"Girls have boobs, and you're a girl, right?"
"Yes. Me... Girl."
"That's a good girl, don't doubt me again, send those doubts to your chest and keep working"
Your thoughts are bubbled up and sent right to your chest, giving you massive melon sized breasts.

"I feel ground... Why?"

You feel a weight down on your back, but that doesn't stop you in the slightest, you push up touching the floor with your chin, lifting your torso up so your boobs don't touch the ground. Even as they grow even larger, they don't touch the ground.

"Hngh. Easy."
"Now lift every weight in the room with the barbell. You can do this."
"Yes. I can".

Lifting up what might be the heaviest barbell ever, and breaking several records with just a casual workout, you pump up and down with ease.
"It's so easy for you now, isn't it?"
"Hmph. Feels light. Too strong"
"Yes you are, you aren't a bodybuilder and a world record medal winner for nothing, aren't you?"
"Me, hngh, bodybuilder. Me... strong"
"And you're the tallest person in the gym, you're absolutely massive, aren't you the strongest woman in the world?"
"Hmgh...Yes. I'm strongest ever."
"And you're so beautiful too, with your nice tan, dark hair, bright green eyes, a fierce, powerful, handsome face."
"Hmph...But I'm... I don't have... can't remember..."
"Yes you do, you're just a little bit ditzy, but it's ok, no need to think when you're working on your body."
"Hngh...Right..."
"You're welcome, Kaitlyn, now you can rest, well done."
"Thank you..."

Your reality reforms once the recording ends. Your clothes are now the standard workout clothes for female athletes, and you're in a official gym for Olympic athletes.
In a single workout, you became Kaitlyn, olympic medalist, deemed strongest woman in the world after lifting a total of 400kg in the Olympics. With your huge, bulky body and your 7ft tall, you're an imposing figure, but deep down, you're just a sweet, meek, and clumsy 19 year old girl that just wants to become the best version of herself.
