"Hold on a minute... that's a lot to take in." Mary stuttered.
"Yeah I get it, but if you don't mind I'd love to NOT be like 8." Jason snapped, clenching his tiny fists.
Mary's face kept unfazed, but internally she felt a wave of anger at Jason. She was aware that she did change him, but its not as if that was intentional! If he hadn't been messing around then none of this would have happened in the first place.
"Alright Jason, I... I need to know more." She stated, pulling off a facade of calmness, despite being very freaked out. "What else can you tell me?" She asked.
"What? What else do you possibly need?" Jason asked, getting irritated.
"What else? Everything! You just have a 'magic' app that alters REALITY itself? Where'd you get it, how'd you get it? How does it even work in the first place!" She loudly whispered.
"Look love, calm down. I barely know much else if anything." He scoffed, somewhat sarcastically. "Just turn me back already, or better yet, give me my phone back."
"Don't 'love' me young man." She growled.
"Well don't call me a young man, in case you forgot I'm a grown man, not some little kid." He snapped back.
"Not right now you aren't." She teased.
"Bitch." He whispered quietly, but not quietly enough for Mary to miss.
"Excuse me?" She gasped.
Jason's eyes shot wide. "Shit, might've just gone too far." He thought
"Uh, hey." He began. "Sorry look I'm just frus-"
"Oh no. No no no, nobody calls ME a bitch." She grumbled. "I am a calm person, but this thing, your rudeness, today has been-" She started to rant, tears forming, when she glanced down at the app. "You know what, I think you need a little lesson in manners." She smirked.
"W-wait a second, you can't jus-" Jason tried to defend himself, futilely trying to reach for the phone which Mary easily kept out of reach.
"Oh no, I'm in command of this terribly powerful device now." She said. "And as for you..."
Mary quickly loaded a sentence, then began to change a word. Jason could only watch, helpless to stop the now much bigger woman from changing him. He knew the awareness function could be altered, but did she know that? Even if she didn't, what change was he about to face? He braced for the change, hoping it wasn't too bad.
