Samantha fumbled for the dice, juggling the unhappy Emily who'd been deprived of her meal while trying to see around her (now literally) inflated breasts. Finally grasping the tiny objects, she tossed them towards Sandra, realizing at the last minute that she probably wouldn't be able to catch them with her soft, plushie hoof.
Keeping one limb stuffed against Tracy's mouth, Sandra extended her other stiff arm, having the same realization as Samantha as the dice flew through the air. She batted at the white cubes, sending them tumbling towards the board and praying the game would accept that as her roll. Bouncing to a stop, each die showed a 2, giving her doubles for a 4, and astonishingly, her piece jolted slowly forward the requisite spaces all on it's own.
"Whoa." Sandra breathed, her hoof slipping a little from where it covered the lower half of Tracy's face. Before she could notice, their spaced-out friend chimed in with another comment:
"This game is, like, MAGIC."
Samantha and Sandra gasped simultaneously, afraid of how their friend's words would affect reality this time. After a pregnant pause in which nothing seemed to happen, they both released their breaths.
Sandra found her voice first "Well, I guess that was already obviously true, so either true statements don't change anything, or my roll ended the magic of Tracy's observations. Hopefully the latter!" She reached for her card, resigned to whatever fate it held for her as long as it got them all closer to the end of the game.
"This game's getting tough / now that you're partially plush / pretty soon you won't be able to play / as the rest of you goes the same way! OHhh god, does that mean... ehACK!" Sandra coughed suddenly, a bit of fluff flying out of her mouth. "Am I... will I even *heaackptoo!* be, like, Alive?!" more fluff was flying out of her mouth as she struggled to speak, and Samantha could see that her movements were slowing as her whole body stiffened up like her arms, joints dissolving as her innards turned to stuffing. "Mmmph!" her eyes were large with terror as her mouth suddenly sealed shut, her lips taking on the look of yarn as they shifted into two swooping-lines below her darkening nose. Soon she had a cute stuffed-animal-like muzzle and a hard plastic nose where her human features had been only moments before.
Tracy's large hands lifted from where they'd been resting beside him, coming up to engulf Sandra's rapidly changing form. "You're so light, Sandra!" he giggled, lifting and turning her on his lap. She'd suddenly started to shrink as well, her limbs shortening even as her torso and stomach plumped out. The girl-turned-boy chuckled as he squeezed her around the middle, pulling her in for a hug. "You're the strangest little wolf/horse/girl plushie I've ever seen!"
Samantha could see that their friend now seemed fully inanimate, soft limbs flopping with Tracy's movements. As he finished hugging her, he turned her back around and clutched his new toy-friend to his chest with one enormous hand; Samantha gulped at the sight of Sandra's frozen, somewhat mournful expression, plastic eyes now blank and fixed, staring at nothing. She only hoped their friend was unconscious and unaware inside her changed form!
"Well," she started, batting her helium boobs down as she struggled to spot the dice. "I guess it's just you and me now, Trace. Unless the game still expects Emily to take a turn?"
