Amidst your grudge you nearly forget that you hadn't always been like this. This only happened because of the magical costume they "sold" at the zoo. Maybe if you return there, they could help you out? Given how ecstatic the clerk at the main gate was at the completion of your metamorphosis, this isn't likely, but it's surely worth a try.
You head out of your bedroom, down the stairs (once again, with your upper torso bent forwards and your handpaws on the floor), and leave the house, enter your car (once again, by first entering the passenger compartment, the stepping through a laid-flat drivers seat to let your forelegs reach the pedals while the hindquarters are wedged over the seat), and drive to the zoo. You had to use every skill you've learnt as a taur on the way back. This all feels natural already; would it feel strange to return to humanity?
Once you reach the parking lot, you make your way to the costume store, forgetting once again that it's unmanned. Returning to the main entrance, you finally meet the worker you met last time …Hold on, is this place that understaffed?
"You again?"
"How do I take this costume off?"
"The magic of this costume means that it's bound to you, but if you insist, knock on the door saying "staff only" over…"
The worker then heads off to the map outside of the zoo.
"…There."
You thanked the worker and headed off. On the way, you see and more importantly smell the animals on exhibit up front, from the penguins, to the kangaroos, to the seals, to the parrots and macaws… and even then you remain undeterred, even if the visitors and even the animals glare at your taur body. Nothing out of the blue. You've gone through this last time.
There's the metallic door. You gently tap your claw on it, since knocking now feels awkward.
As the door opens slightly, a towering figure stares at you menacingly, as if they had further plans. "What are you here for?" Intimidated, you freeze in place.
