How did I get myself into this situation? Teri grumbled aloud, leaning back onto the bathroom counter as she knew she was running out of time. I'm a twenty-three old virgin, former man, figuring out how I can make sex with my not-even-boss—because I haven't been hired yet—work out.
She placed a hand on her head. I mean, at least I don't feel weird in this body... not trans in any way. But that's the end of my troubles. Now I'm literally in the fuck's house thinking about how the night will end.
Taking a long look in the mirror, Teri already came to understand how she'd already changed her mind about things. Literally, in this case. With the semi-personal setting for just her, she'd been able to change the world around and also within her, giving her memories and life experiences without otherwise changing things. What she needed in this moment, was to not be waisting time in the bathroom. Why couldn't she be more assertive?
Glancing down at the sentence again which read: "This beautiful woman of Foster's desire is undecided in a course of action while standing in his bathroom." She contemplated her current situation. As she did so, she checked out some of the phone's settings, idly, and 'confirmation' on. The description indicated it would stop taking a word just as she finished it, which would probably be beneficial in case of typos.
This app got me this far, she realized. Did she risk using it on herself again? There were so many choices, but yes. Yes, she would.
She changed 'woman' so that it now started: "This beautiful succubus..." She paused over the brand new Execute button, happy the phone didn't lock her into that choice right away. Is that what she wanted?
Undoing the word change, she instead changed the sentence another way, focusing on "...is undecided..." and changing it to "...is assertive..." Her fingers with the press-on red nails lingered there for a moment. She was literally about to change her own mind. Did she want—
"Fuck it," she said aloud, tapping the button and almost expecting a giant flash of light from how tremendous that choice felt to make. There was no massive alteration in appearance, though she held her shoulders more straight. Her back didn't bend, and she was looking at herself in the mirror with determination in her eyes.
Taking a second to collect herself, Teri didn't find any other major changes to her memories. In fact, the way the phone had changed things felt like a path of least resistance. All it had seemed to do was make her sure in this moment and going forward what she wanted to do... as if this bathroom interaction with herself was manifest as the turning point in her indecisive nature.
Generating a new sentence, she got: "In Foster's lavatory, an assertive woman in a form-fitting red dress knows exactly what she'll do next."
"Yeah..." She grinned. "I do."
