Monica looked to the object in the Madame’s hand, and her jaw trembled before she swallowed a heavy lump in her throat. She looked to Da- Max, who sat patiently, watching Monica with adoring intent on his doggy eyes. Her heart raced, and a light sweat broke out on her forehead.
“Well?” The Madame asked, waiting for Monica’s response.
“Rrrrarf!” the sound that came out of Monica’s mouth was sharp, forceful, and not at all human. She clamped her hands over her mouth, eyes wide with shock as she watched Max’s tail wag eagerly.
“Guess we’d better not get Max fixed any time soon,” the Madame chuckled, and pointed her wand at Monica, letting loose that same puff of colorful sparkles and energy that, just like it had with Damon, made Monica’s clothes vanish into thin air. Unlike Damon, though, Monica made no attempt to hide her modesty. She was too focused on keeping her mouth clamped shut, shocked at the bark she had let loose.
“Looks like you’re getting two doggies for the price of one, folks!” Madame Illusia laughed. “Don’t let anybody tell you I don’t give you the most entertainment bang for your buck! Now, let’s see what our lovely Monica becomes!”
