Mark is picked up and placed on a table. She grabs some of the diapers and uses them to bind his hands and feet, another diaper is shoved into his mouth and taped into place. He is then lifted and dropped into the diaper pail. The caretaker grabs another half filled pail and dumps the contents on top of him.
They are wheeled over to the chute and it is lifted up and tipped down into it, with Mark tumbling down with the pile of dirty diapers.
He lands in a metal container on top of a mound of the diapers. A conveyer at the bottom starts dragging the diapers out in small piles, and after a short while he is dragged along too.
The machine recognises him as not a diaper and lifts him off the conveyer.
It forces him down and removes the diaper covering his bum and a arm comes out and injects something inside his butt.
The liquid starts to shrink him down, and as he is lifted he can see the dirty diapers on the conveyer get seperated out of the pile into a single row.. As they travel down another arm reaches through and untapes and unwraps them lining them up end to end.
The machine guides him down onto one of the open, messy diapers and by the time he reaches it he has shrunk to about a third the length of one of them. Apon placing him onto it, The machine grabs the diaper and folds it back over before taping him in.
The rest are left open and continue down before being split off into two lanes, one for messy diapers and one for wet ones...
Mark continues with the messy diapers, where they are slid past blades that scrape off as much of the poop as it can and depositing it into a mixing vat. When it reaches the one with Mark it picks it up, opens the diaper again and the contents along with Mark into a tube which is then placed into a silicone bottom, another tube from the vat attaches above Mark, and a second smaller tube begins to fill with a yellow liquid, pee.
A wet diaper is then removed from the line and taped onto the butt becoming a test dummy for the diaper.
The machine starts to make noises and pressure builds above Mark pushing him through the tube, out of the fake butt and into the waiting diaper.
It continues to push more through along with opening the pee tube flooding the diaper. It keeps going until the whole diaper becomes totally soaked, and the poop starts pushing its way out the leg gathers.
The diaper is then removed and weighed before being added back to the poopy diaper convayer.
This time the machine leaves the diaper he is in open and he is scraped off. It identifies that mark is in the mess, and he is removed.. All the scraped diapers then rejoin the soggy diaper line and he is placed back onto the overfilled diaper.
The machine then continues down to the slicing line, where it scores cuts down the side to begin the process of removing the sap. A gust of air pushes him off the diaper and into the waiting vat of soggy diaper pulp before he reaches the cutting blades.
The blades cut through each diaper and efficently separates the pulp from the liner, adding it to the vat.
The vat has large paddles that agitate the smelly pulpy mixture while blasting warm air through, causing any excess liquid to drain to the bottom..
The pulp continues to be agitated with Mark tumbling around, the air serving to dry the pulp.
It is then sifted through a big perforated table to separate the SAP, leaving mark with the dry yellowed pulp..
Mark is removed from the table and dropped onto another line, now with washed, bleached and dried pulp. A shower of dried sap rains down on him before he is pushed down face first into the fluffy fibres. The machine gently tamps the pulp into nice clean rows before separating it into lengths and sliding them over a vacuum table to compress them.
The machine then rolls the slabs over waiting absorbent cloth which is then folded and wrapped around the padding, trapping Mark in his new environment. The machine attaches it to new backing, adds tapes and neatly folds it in before ejecting the diapers, including the one with Mark into a waiting bin in one of the change rooms in the daycare.
