Meanwhile, Captain Scarlett and half the pirate crew watch as the ball comes to a close and the guests leave. Having finished all their preparations both on their own ship and on their persons, they are ready to make their move.
"Alright, me hearties," Scarlett whispers. "Ye know what to do. Most of these naval dogs be on shore leave, so there be just a few left aboard. This mission be secret like, so no one fires a shot unless I says so. Ready, me lasses? Let's go."
Marching up to the gangplank, Scarlett takes a deep breath and calls out, "Yoo-hoo, sailor boys!"
The two men guarding the gangplank look over the side and immediately let their jaws drop. There before them stands a group of beautiful young women in flirtatious dresses that show off their fine figures and a fair bit of cleavage. At the front is a stunning redhead who waves to them playfully.
"W-What is your business here, miss?" One of the men manages to say.
"Our business be you, of course," Scarlett says with a wink. "We be aware ye missed the party on account of guard duty. So, the girls and I be thinking we might help ye enjoy a wee party of our own. What do ye say?"
By now, pretty much all the men on the frigate had come to gawk. They look at each other before glancing back at the captain's cabin. Everyone has the same thought. Their other shipmates are in town visiting the pub and their favorite wenches. The drunken captain had gone to bed with a lovely girl of his own. Why should they have all the fun?
"Well, far be it from us to turn such considerate ladies away after they asked so nicely," the guard replies with a smile.
As Scarlett leads the way onto the ship, she mumbles, "That be easier than I thought."
