This gets no answer from you. Your mouth is busy. Very busy. As it turns out, your earlier hopes had been met. This tastes much better than the wine.
Suddenly, you feel him shudder before one last burst goes down your throat. The man groans in bliss before falling into a daze. Cleaning him off, you sit back with a contented sigh. Naval dog or not, he is truly your Captain's brother. It almost seems a shame that this would be the last time for him.

Rummaging through your dress (you had removed it for convenience since corsets were not designed for these kinds of activities), you dig out the amulet. While he is still half conscious, you slip the amulet around his neck and wait.

Before your eyes, Charles shrinks into his clothes, leaving them draped over a much more slender form. Quickly, you pull off his shirt and throw it side to watch as his torso takes on a lovely hourglass shape. Breasts grow in rapidly, swelling to the same generous size as Scarlett's.
You look down further to catch that tasty rod you had enjoyed just moments ago retreating back into Charles' trousers. By the time you yank the garment away, there is already nothing more than a fresh, hairless slit marking the former man's new femininity. Her rear then fills out nicely as her legs become smooth and long like her arms.
A high pitched moan brings your gaze up to a pretty face that resembles Scarlett's as one would expect from family. That characteristic red hair also spreads out over the bed, becoming longer even than the Captain's. With that, the changes complete. Charles is now a woman forever, and the Carmine brothers are now the Carmine sisters.
"What happened?" Charles slurs, her drunkenness only made worse by her smaller body. "Why'm I naked? And so hot? T-Too hot..."
"Shhh," you soothe gently, placing your hand on her burning forehead. In response, her beautiful green eyes flutter shut, and she drifts off to sleep. "Good lass."
