Quick update: I already added the school sub-chapter before this change, so I can't directly edit it in, but younger children wouldn't always obey the "Only couples have non-consential sex" rule. My explanation would be that they don't quite understand why they'd need to ask, so sometimes they'll just be rapists. It's also funny.
After validating that nudity is now a common thing in the newly created world, he decides to take it a step further. "It's going to be interesting, seeing how far I can take this!"
He decides his next change to be one that might cause many to lose their virginity, but also make it more interesting outdoors. He started putting in his changes;
* From this point on, Sex wouldn't be something that people try to hide, and would be a relatively normal sight outside or anywhere else. Younger children might still have their eyes shielded, but generally wouldn't.
Couples would occasionally fuck eachother even without asking, and those who aren't in a relationship could either ask to join in on those sessions, or request sessions with others; This could even occur between siblings. While people would primarily choose those in a similar age range, requesting sex with large gaps might still happen rarely. People will never have non-consential sex with anyone but their partner.
Children are also a bit less likely to accept or request a sexual offer, however it wouldn't be unheard of, regardless of whether they've experienced sex before. Previous experiences may also influence peoples' likelihood of accepting, as those with bad sexual encounters will be less likely to want to do it again. *
He looked over his changes, deciding to hit confirm. He doesn't immediately go to verify if they've worked, since, based on the previous one, it seems to work just fine. He was getting hard just thinking about what could happen now.
