Explaining to Pete that she saw this alligator in the swamped area during work while also petting it's reptilian face as phoebe felt something like slime coming off of it, and slipped onto her fingures for she even tasted it. the flavor was like apple jelly that she then told Pete it looked like a the ones similar to the syfy movie alligator alley and later went home for she didn't feel like herself as Phoebe's stomach started to ack when the next thing she knew what was going on, Phoebe was turning into an alligator while thinking she ate a rabbit. Telling Pete everything as her story seemed to be farfetched to someone else that they will think she was just crazy for they'll just only see her being a talking gator and send her off to the zoo to with her alligator kin, the circus to do tricks while having everyone else think she was born an animal with human knowledge, to the point of her being caged up in a freak show where everyone will see her while wondering if her tale is true and how she got this way for her to cry on these options in fear with the thought of never getting help ever again.
Pete gasped. however, he believes her story as he was about to do something no human would ever live on doing. He was about to share his secret with her while easing her fears of what was to become of her next by showing her the truth about her little alligator encounter.
"Ah, yeah. About that......" Pete started to say as Phoebe watched him back away slowly while undressing himself from all of his clothing, to brace himself for the change of becoming an alligator from yesterday that within moments is when phoebe saw Pete's secret for she was about to find out first hand what it was.
Feeling to his hands and feet while turning blueish green, stretching was she his mouth growing outword, seeing a scaly 5 foot tail forming that Pete was shortly the alligator before her as he appeared to be going this far out for her. Seeing Pete, no, the alligator from yesterday that she felt disappointed for falling to notice the two were actually the same Pete she met with years ago as Pete began to finish his words. "I'm your friendly gator. (A low gator noise of a bellow)"
"Wa- wait a minute. you! you were the gator I met met yesterday? Well, that explains why I've seen you so attractive as of late. not to mention where i've seen that look somewhere before, but why? How is this even possible?" Phoebe was in so much of being surprise by all of this to possess that she began to ask questions him as Pete did his best to answer them all, and all he did his best.
"Yeah, I know the feeling to what you're going through. Still though, I need you to calm down as i'll explain everything. 'Oh boy, where do I start?' First off, I gained the power to shape shift into any animal or insect here as I thought to start with one of your favorite animals first Phoebe. Wanting to try out this body that I shortly after met you by chance. 'Bellowed a bit.' You have to understand that didn't intend to trick you, nor wanted to frightened you. 'Bellowed softly' please, for give me."
Feeling guilty for hiding this from her that you were ready to have Phoebe reject you, if anything else was to have her chew you and spit you out like garbage. But that's not what happened as you were surprised to what came next. "Well, I guess you're right about not talking to humans as they'll treat us differently. But Pete, you could of told me sooner to help with these changes that was happening. 'bellowed softly.' still though, we're gators now. Isn't that great?" 'bellowed happily as she was swishing her fat tail around, like a dog.'
"Ah, yeah. yes we are. 'Bellowed softly by this reaction.' That is great." Pete said.
Spending the day mostly as gators wasn't so bad for there wasn't much of any old problem for both Pete and phoebe. They both swam and traveled down the river from Pete's pond and back into the swap as they caught some fish to eat,dove and played underwater, they even rested along by the river bank shore. Life was good to them as Phoebe decided to even snuggle up beside Pete, before realizing that the was coming to a close.
