Pete was enjoying his time as a gatorwith Phoebe immensely, he had to admit. All thoughts of the future, of his new abilities, of the year he had left with them, were out of his head at the time. It was all about living in the moment, making the most of it.
And right now, what that meant was basking in the sun alongside his crocodilian girlfriend. Their mouths were held open ever so slightly, and their breaths were slow and even. It was then that something struck Pete’s olfactory center. He didn’t know how to describe it, but he liked it. A lot. He took a deep breath in through his nostrils, mouth open even wider to catch as much of the scent as he could.
“What is that smell?” he gurgled, turning his head to try and pinpoint it better. It was close. Very close.
“You don’t know?” Phoebe asked with a grunt to her voice, repositioning her body ever so slightly, and once she did, the scent intensified.
“It’s you?” Pete asked, tail swaying in the grass behind him.
“First guess, good job! Though what kinda gator doesn’t know this smell immediately?” There was almost a purr to her voice as Pete moved his nose closer to the scent. It was coming from her hindquarters, and he immediately began feeling a stirring in his own.
“Does this mean what I think it means?” Pete asked.
“Seriously? Yes. I’ll spell it out for you, ya big dummy. I want you to mate me. I need you to mate me.”
“Okay, give me a moment. I don’t know how to turn you back to human yet,” Pete couldn’t help but be excited. How scandalous, to do it in a swamp, in nature.
“Ew! Gross! Why would I want to be a weird, soft human?” Phoebe asked, lifting her leg up to allow Pete access. It probably should have occurred to him to be concerned that she seemed to be thinking of herself as an actual alligator and not a human turned into one, but in the moment, he was too turned on to care, and she was so ready for him. He clambered on top of her, inserting into her cloacae with as much delicacy as his crocodilian enthusiasm would allow. He may have still had his mind, but he also had an alligator’s instincts, and this female was ready for him.
