No one knows who and how it was decided who'd get a ring especially which ring. But 22 year old Lucy Jenkins would be one of the lucky ones. She was a typical woman fresh out of college. She had a 15 year old sister and a 10 year old brother who she loved but couldnt stand most of the time.
On this particular day she was walking home from work when he noticed something falling slowly from the sky towards her.
