Amy returned to Thirteen O' Clock. Paige, who had apparently changed into clothing that fit her, was cleaning, and looked surprised when Amy came in. "Hello, welcome to Thirteen...oh, Amy, what's up? I wasn't supposed to get another customer!"
Amy grinned. "Well, technically I'm the same customer. I realized I forgot to get your number!"
Paige smiled. "Oh I was going to text you later, you gave us your number and email, but I'm glad you came back."
Amy couldn't get over how adorable the (currently) nine year old was. "Me too."
"Used the watch already, huh?"
Amy nodded and shared her story as Paige led her to the back of the store, where a few chairs and a comfy looking loveseat were set up. Paige sat on the loveseat, and Amy joined her.
Paige nodded. "It sounds like you did a good thing. But a 4 year old with the knowledge of an 11 year old? Unless she was a bad student, people will think she's some kind of genius."
"Oh is that a bad thing?"
"Not usually, but it increases the risk that she could figure out what happened to her. Which could make things complicated, especially if you use the Retro on someone who won't appreciate it. Just be careful, ok?"
Amy nodded. "Thanks. I will. Anyways, I have a question- do you want to go out with me to dinner at Madison and Kimmy's place one night this week? They gave me an invite, and I was hoping you'd be my plus one."
Paige beamed. "I'd love to! Though it won't really be a date- there'd be a lot of questions if they thought I was anything other than a friend."
"Yeah. But I do want to go out with you." Amy admitted.
"Really? I'm glad, you seem like a great person."
"But, isn't it weird for you? I mean, I'm a lot younger than you are...hey stop laughing!"
Paige giggled helplessly. "Given my current situation, that's hilarious." She sobered a little, but her eyes gleamed with mischief. "Yeah, it's true, but you seem pretty mature, and going out with someone my real age would be even weirder. Besides, you eventually realize age is all relative anyways."
Amy shook her head. "Even so, I'm just an ordinary girl. You deserve someone really special."
Paige took Amy's hand. "Don't say that. You are special. Just being able to come in here proves that."
Amy stared at the younger girl's blue eyes. Her expression was so earnest...she'd never had someone believe in her before. She licked her lips. "You're so beautiful." She said, not thinking.
Paige smiled. "You think so? I think I'm kind of skinny myself. I mean, look at me, I have no boobs to speak of!" She patted her flat chest.
"I mean, uh..." Amy blushed.
Paige shifted closer to Amy, and Amy detected a faint strawberry scent. "I know I shouldn't ask, but I really would like that kiss now."
"I...I've never kissed a girl before." Amy admitted.
"No? Then just relax, and I'll show you how it's done." Rising up to her knees, she reached up for Amy's neck, and moved in close. Amy closed her eyes, and she felt warm lips press against her own. It was a nice sensation. She put her arms around the smaller girl, pulling her close.
After a few minutes of this, she felt Paige's tongue working it's way past her lips. She opened her mouth, and soon Paige's tongue was sliding along her own. This felt even better!
Paige pulled away, and Amy realized she'd been holding her breath. "Oh wow."
"Was it that good? I haven't done this in awhile, you know."
Amy then said...
