Adam didn’t check to confirm the watch was properly set before clicking the button. When he came to. He started looking around. Mike and Tara the bartenders were making beverages. Tara’s 36 year old sister Destiny was sitting at the bar drinking away her body weight issues and man problems. She was overweight like her sister but refused to change her habits. Jeff his coworker and best friend seemed normal. Even the customers seemed right. At that moment Adam’s manager approached him. “Adam, I hate that today is your last day with us but we are so glad to hear you’re going to college! Know you’re always welcome back if you need a job.” Assured Heather. “Thanks Heather” he replied while thinking he hopes he never comes back. “What college are you off to?” Heather asked. “USC” replied Adam.
While Adam was walking outside during his break, he noticed an ad for his university on one of the digital billboards. It’s only a couple hour plane ride away but man wouldn’t it be great if the University was here instead of California. Adam was specifically thinking about the mall when he accidentally pressed the button on the watch which currently sat at 12:30 according to the hands.
There was a bright light and everything faded. Adam started looking around, his university was still intact. Adam looked back up at the billboard and saw the outlet mall of education. You could go to various stores to buy thinks related to your professional career path. Adam was shocked something like that could exist but that wasn’t his path. He worked hard to be able to attend the University of Retail. A university that helped prepare the young adults for a life in the retail business. You started with a general studies in all of them and then select stores as you go. The department of Starbucks is very popular. The Lululemon department is also popular but mostly a path taken by women. He had experience with Chilis before so he had submitted an application for their program. Adam also threw in a few different applications just in case.
