Normally, Teddy wouldn't doubt his technical skills, but trying to disable an infant care suit with the contents of a playroom seemed unlikely to go very well. Flipping over to his knees, he crawled over to the first toy he saw, a shape matching set.
Returning to a sitting position he looked at the pieces. Remembering his last attempt at speech he tried to test out talking as he "played".
He tried to start by placing the square piece and saying, "The circle goes here."
In practice he had to move very deliberately to manever the block with his hand before dropping it in the hole and saying, "The sirsle goeth here."
He's immediately frustrated with how awkward his tongue and gummy mouth feel as he tried to form the words when he is distracted by his suit giving him the same pleasant sensation from earlier.
Moving onto the square he found the object much easier to grip and drop. He's still working through the words when the pleasant sensation triggers again, stronger this time. Distracted he only managed, "Da sware go har."
Realizing the suit must be rewarded him for going faster, he figured it might turn off the program if he did a good job. This time he gripped the star with both hands and dropped it in. The sensation wasthe strongest yet and he managed, "Da sta goo hah."
He moved quickly to grab the last piece, a triangle. After dropping it the sensation completely overwhelmed him and all that came out was, "Dada tri goo gah," followed by him giggling.
