Mary and Jeremiah, after watching, but mostly listening carefully to make certain that nobody was watching, sneak out the back door and dart out on all fours to the neighbor's backyard, right out to the garden and begin munching eagerly on some well-grown cucumbers, watching with rapid, nervous eyes at any noise they hear. The outdoors seem to bring out the rabbit in them, the innate nervous, borderline paranoid nature.
And blah, blah, blah... honestly, isn't this stuff a bit boring? Let's skip ahead then, shall we?
Mary and Jeremiah remain as bunny people, also remaining together. They even had a few kids. Ten to be exact. Six in the first birthing, four in the second.
